Delegates may hope for some lighter moments as they debate policies at their party conference.
Daily Politics reporter Adam Fleming took the mood box - an unscientific test with a box and plastic balls - to get reaction from the Labour delegates in Manchester as he asked if they were attending for the socialism or the socialising.
