EU referendum: Liam Fox to campaign for 'Brexit'

Conservative MP Liam Fox will campaign for Britain to leave the European Union, he has confirmed.

The former defence secretary told The Andrew Marr Show that he believed ever closer union was "against Britain's national interest".

He also called for cabinet ministers who opposed remaining within the EU to be allowed to speak out openly on the issue and said that he could share a platform with UKIP leader Nigel Farage.
