Spice users in Cardiff filmed in 'zombie-like' state

Outreach workers in Cardiff say a large number of homeless people they have seen this week have taken the drug Spice.

Users have been filmed in a so-called "zombie-like" state - and now there are calls for more money and a new approach to tackle a growing problem.
