Crewe manager David Artell says his team aren't the push-overs they once were.
He said that was important, because "goals change games and when you don't win them little battles and when your man gets in behind you a couple of times and scores, well that's fatal".
Crewe travel to Northampton tomorrow and Artell says his young players aren't afraid of a physical battle.

Two Midlands men charged with terror offences for allegedly attempting to travel to Syria will stand trial next year.
Safwaan Mansur, 22, of Hampton Road, Birmingham, and Hanzalah Patel, 22, of Fredrick Road, Leicester, are accused of preparing acts of terrorism.
The defendants appeared at the Old Bailey in London by prison video link for a preliminary hearing.
Mr Mansur and Mr Patel are accused – between dates in May and June 2017 – of purchasing and possessing camping equipment, outdoor survival equipment, outdoor clothing and airline tickets, as well as travelling to Turkey and contacting others with a view to crossing into Syria.
A trial date of 11 March 2019 at Birmingham Crown Court was set.
