A Warwickshire woman says she fears she could lose her home after Warwick District Council won a court order to place a £12,000 charge on it.
The local authority says she wrongly claimed council tax benefit for eight years and wants to get it back, but tells the BBC it won't seek to enforce a sale.
Jenny Morgan, 65, remains worried about what the future holds.

Quote MessageThis means that the council can now go back to the court and apply for an order for sale and force the sale of my house where I've lived for 40 years and which has been adapted for my disabilities and I will be homeless and they will have to rehome me
