    A Warwickshire woman says she fears she could lose her home after Warwick District Council won a court order to place a £12,000 charge on it. 

    The local authority says she wrongly claimed council tax benefit for eight years and wants to get it back, but tells the BBC it won't seek to enforce a sale.

    Jenny Morgan, 65, remains worried about what the future holds.

    Nuneaton and Bedworth could be on the verge of having some of the most expensive taxi fares in the country.

    Consultation over proposed increases ends today, with taxi drivers saying rates need to go up because they can't cover their costs.

    The move would see a two-mile journey costing £6.75, making it one of the highest charges outside London.
