    Berrington Hall in Herefordshire is one of eight Capability Brown landscapes featured in a special set of Royal Mail stamps released today.

    In 1778, Capability Brown supplied a landscape plan for Thomas Harley at Berrington Hall, just outside Leominster, and worked in partnership with his son-in-law, the architect, Henry Holland Jnr.

    Fish are being rescued from the River Teme at Leintwardine, north Herefordshire.

    According to the Environment Agency, they've been stranded in pools as the river dries out.

    One casualty has been taken to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital after a lorry fire just outside Worcester, the ambulance service says.

    The A449 northern link road has been closed in both directions near junction six of the M5, just outside Worcester since about 11:30.

    A fire service spokesperson says fire control has told them that no-one has been trapped and they are not aware of anyone being seriously injured.

    The pilot of a microlight which made an emergency landing in a field in Worcestershire sustained "a serious leg injury" and was also suffering from chest pain, the ambulance service says.

    It received multiple 999 calls reporting a crash landing in a field off Holy Cross Lane between Clent and Belbroughton, at around 19:45 last night.

    The injured man was taken to the specialist trauma centre at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
