    A full inquest is due to open today into the death of a teenager after the police were called to a disturbance at a golf club in Whitchurch. 

    Tyrone Lock, 18, from Hope under Dinsmore near Leominster, died last November. 

    His body was found by a greenkeeper at Hill Valley golf club two days after police were called to what was described as anti-social behaviour. 

    Police had said they couldn't find Mr Lock when they searched the grounds.

    Traffic conditions are reported to have returned to normal on the M42 after the earlier breakdown.

    All lanes have now reopened northbound between J1 and J3A.

    Two tries in two games for Wynand Olivier as Worcester Warriors beat Newcastle for their first win of the season at the weekend.

    Tom Heathcote was the provider for Olivier and kicked a penalty to make it 8-3 after Mike Delany landed Newcastle's only first-half points.

    Warriors' Ryan Lamb then kicked one of two penalties to make it 11-3.

    Delany and Joel Hodgson penalties gave Newcastle hope, but Worcester's fierce defence proved the difference.

    One lane is closed on the M42 northbound between J1 for the A38 (Bromsgrove) and J3A for the M40. 

    It's due to a broken-down vehicle. Traffic is queuing in the area.
