    NHS managers will be in Withernsea this afternoon asking people what they think of the plan to shut the town's Minor Injuries Unit. 

    The drop-in session will take place from 13:00 until 16:00 at the Meridian Centre on Queen Street. 

    There have already been demonstrations in Withernsea over the proposed closure.

    The chairman of the award-winning In Bloom team, external in Cleethorpes fears they will lose out if the council cuts parks maintenance budgets. 

    North East Lincolnshire Council meets on Wednesday to look at proposals to cut funding for street cleaning and grounds maintenance. 

    Chairman of the In Bloom team Bob Callison says they need the council to help pay for keeping Cleethorpes blooming.

    More than half of Hull's food businesses have achieved decent hygiene ratings.

    Across the city 1,810 restaurants, cafes and other businesses are registered with the scheme.

    Inspectors gave 987 establishments a five rating, which is a "very good rating".

    Officers from Romania, Lithuania, Holland and Europol will be joining their UK counterparts to target travelling, external criminals.

    Humberside Police will be taking part in Operation Trivium VII and carrying out vehicle checks.

    The operation aims to tackle work exploitation and human trafficking.

    Last year as part of Operation Trivium, Humberside Police stopped 96 vehicles, issued 24 fixed penalty notices and seized four vehicles.

    For the second time this month a robbery has been carried out at a bookmakers in Scunthorpe. 

    The latest attack happened on Friday evening at the Coral bookmakers on Ashby High Street where a man stole an undisclosed amount of cash.

    At the start of the month a man with a knife robbed the Ladbrokes shop on Ashby Road.

    No-one was hurt at either incident and police have released this CCTV image from the first robbery of a man they want to speak to.

    There is a need for more seating in shopping areas to help older people . 

    That's according to a new campaign being launched today which is being backed by the Cleethorpes MP Martin Vickers. 

    The campaign's research shows 80% of over 70's say the High Street does not cater for their needs.

    NHS bosses in our area say people have to start to take responsibility for their own health and stop using hospitals unnecessarily. 

    That's one of the ways managers in North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire hope to save money.

    Hospital bosses need to save £420m by 2021.

    Figures obtained by the BBC show a huge rise in the number of so-called legal highs seized in Hull prison. 

    The drugs, which are now known as new psychoactive substances, were banned last year. 

    In 2015, officers at Hull prison seized 84 of the banned drugs, compared to none seized in 2011.

    A Channel 4 TV presenter is supporting the campaign to try to protect a huge mural in Hull.  

    Kevin McCloud (pictured) is backing a petition asking the government to give listed status to the Three Ships mural. 

    Kevin presents the architectural show Grand Designs.

    The Department of Culture has already rejected an application to protect the 60ft high mosaic on the old BHS building.
