Hull could be the home of a proposed new factory to build the successor to one of Britain's best-known off road vehicles.
Chemicals firm Ineos say it's looking to build 25,000 vehicles a year from 2020, along the lines of the famed Land Rover Defender which went out of production last year.
There's been lots of interest from potential sites across Europe to base production there, but Ineos say their preferred site is in the UK, somewhere between Hull and Scotland.
The founder of Ineos, Jim Ratcliffe grew up in Beverley.
The £600m project would employ 1,000 people directly and Ineos say another 10,000 jobs could be created indirectly.
Jaguar Land Rover has also recently announced plans to build a replacement for the Defender.

There are still plenty of taxis in Bridlington, despite the closure of the town's biggest private hire firm.

It follows last week's dramatic closure of the taxi firm Q-Cars after it was stripped of its operators licence last week due to safeguarding and public protection issues.
Its sudden enforced closure has left taxi drivers relying on getting work off taxi ranks, though some have signed up with other companies.
