Two people who were lost in a South Yorkshire woodland last night were luckily found by a mountain rescue dog who was on a training exercise.
The Woodhead Mountain Rescue Team had hidden a fake body in Loxley Woodland to test Scout the rescue dog's ability to find humans.
Soon into the exercise, Scout signalled to his handler that he had discovered a scent - which then lead rescuers to two people who didn't have a torch and couldn't find their way to safety.
A dog training team member said: "After indicating a find, Scout then guided his handler into where the missing people were situated, returning several times to continue guiding as his handler got nearer the location.
"The pair then helped the people out of the woodland and into safety."
Cameron Osburn set up a football team specifically for boys and girls under 12 with disabilities.

Police were called just before 15:55 this afternoon after police received reports about a man leaving a fast food restaurant on Low Road who was believed to have a hidden gun.
The man got into a white van and headed into the city centre where officers arrested two men, aged 20 and 33, on Great George Street.
A search of the vehicle has been conducted but no weapons have yet been recovered, say police.
This man is being sought by police after being released from prison, external and breaking the terms of his licence.
Kevin Charles Kirk, 51, from Hull was last seen in the Morley area of Leeds on 15 February.
Humberside Police say they've tried to find him but have so far been unsuccessful.
Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is being asked to call 101.
The 42-year-old man was convicted of manufacturing drugs and explosives.

The number of potential victims of child sexual exploitation in Rotherham has risen to more than 1,500, the National Crime Agency (NCA) has said.
At a briefing today, NCA senior investigating officer Paul Williamson said his team was actively engaged with more than 260 victims while 144 officers were working on 34 distinct investigations.
The "momentum and pace" of the investigation was increasing, he said, but progress was necessarily slow because many victims were extremely vulnerable.
"We will not falter in our commitment as an agency to this task," said Mr Williamson.
"The identification and bringing to justice of offenders is what we'll be judged on."

Did you witness an assault on a train guard earlier this month?
If so police in Ben Rhydding want to hear from you.
It happened just before 19:40 on 5 February on the Ilkley to Leeds train.
The guard had challenged a teenage girl and boy who didn't have tickets, they became abusive and punched him, leaving him with a cut above his eye.
The pair got off at Ben Rhydding station and hit the train as they left. The guard needed stitches.
British Transport Police want to speak to people who were on the train at the time of the incident, including a woman who offered to give first aid to the guard.
A Doncaster Knights player has died during a training session, the rugby club has confirmed.
Prop forward Ian Williams, 27, collapsed during the session at Castle Park.
He joined the club last summer from Rotherham Titans and made six appearances for the Knights.

A luxury bed maker from Leeds is investing £1.8m in a new wire drawing facility at British Steel's site in Scunthorpe.
The facility will make fine wire used for pocket springs in Harrison Spinks mattresses.
A total of 22 new jobs will be created and the facility is expected to be up and running by April.
