A murder investigation is under way in Sheffield after the death of a 15-year-old boy in the city.
Police say they received reports of a teenager being stabbed on Lowedges Road at about 20:00 last night.
He was taken to hospital, but died an hour later.
Ch Supt Stuart Barton, said: "We are treating this incident as an immediate priority, with a vast number of officers and resources already deployed into the investigation and an absolute determination to apprehend those responsible."
Chesterfield Road South roundabout to Meadowhead roundabout, towards Sheffield, remains closed, as well as the end of Lowedges Road on to Chesterfield Road South in both directions.

Police hunting a man who tried to snatch a four-year-old girl from the street, as she was walking with her mother in Leeds, have released CCTV footage of a man they want to speak to.
It happened last month as they were walking along Lodge Lane in Beeston.
The mother and girl were crossing the road when a man came up to them from behind.
He picked up the girl and carried her off across the road.
The mother chased him and confronted him, a passing van driver also stopped and intervened, the man then let go of the girl unharmed and ran off.

Officers say a series of robberies have happened in the city over the last few days and believe the robber carried a handgun.
The thefts have happened at five shops and bookmakers in the Bramley, Burley, Wyther Park and Hough End areas.
Four took place on Tuesday and the fifth happened yesterday on Hyde Park Road.

There could be more badger culls in England as the government steps up action to tackle outbreaks of bovine TB in cattle.
The Environment Minister, George Eustice, says badger control measures can now take place in the so-called Low Risk Area, external, which includes large parts of northern and eastern England.
Permission will only be given in "very exceptional circumstances".
The government said that would be when an area is judged to meet the criteria for a bovine TB 'hotspot'.

Andrea Jenkyns, the Conservative MP for Morley, is a supporter of leaving the EU and says she's quitting her role as a Parliamentary Private Secretary so she can challenge the government's Brexit policy.
It comes as a committee of MPs said the government may be forced to stay in the EU's customs union beyond 2020 if it cannot agree new arrangements.
The Brexit Select Committee said that in the absence of another plan, extending the current arrangements "will be the only viable option".
Police said two teenage boys, convicted of plotting to kill teachers and pupils at a school in Northallerton, had a real "interest in violence".
Police said the case had been "deeply unsettling".
A jury at Leeds Crown Court heard the two boys, both 14 at the time, had become "fascinated" with Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, who killed 13 people and themselves at Columbine High School in Colorado in 1999.
The boys, 15, were both convicted of conspiracy to murder, and will be sentenced in July.

Police officers have visited the grave of a World War One soldier who became the subject of a public appeal by South Yorkshire Police in 2016.
Sgt Francis Bark's medals were found at the force's HQ and officers appealed to try and find out more about him.
He had worked for Sheffield's police service from 1913 until the outbreak of war.
Sgt Bark died from gas inhalation aged 26 in May 1918 while serving in France.
Officers from the South Yorkshire force have been paying their respects at his grave in France to mark the 100th anniversary of his death.

A reminder now of one of our main stories today and two teenage boys have been found guilty of plotting a Columbine-style shooting at a school in North Yorkshire.
The two boys, both 15, planned to shoot and kill pupils and teachers at a school in Northallerton.
A jury at Leeds Crown Court heard they had become "fascinated" with Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, who killed 13 people and themselves at Columbine High School in Colorado in 1999.
The boys, who were 14 at the time, were found guilty of conspiracy to murder.
A broken-down car transporter and a lorry crashed on the northbound carriageway on Tuesday.

An 18 year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of murder.
The 24-year-old remains in custody and the 18-year-old has been released on police bail as enquires continue.

Two teenage boys have been found guilty of plotting a mass shooting at a school in Northallerton.
A jury at Leeds Crown Court found both 15-year-olds guilty of a joint charge of conspiracy to murder.
The older of the two teenagers has also been convicted of one charge of unlawful wounding but was cleared of a charge of aggravated burglary.
The judge has asked for psychiatric reports on both boys - they'll be sentenced later.
