A volunteer police officer has been dubbed a "hero" after saving a man's life in Sheffield.
Matt Elliott is a special constable with South Yorkshire Police and fits his volunteer work around his full-time job.
He was off duty when he says he saw a man who had collapsed in the street last month.
Working with members of the public, Matt used a defibrillator and performed CPR before an ambulance arrived taking the 87-year-old to hospital.
The man's son has praised the special constable's actions, saying he was "an absolute hero".
