Read MoreA horse had to be set free by firefighters in West Yorkshire yesterday after getting her legs trapped in a feeding station.
The horse, called Pamela, got into difficulty at her stables in Yeadon, near Leeds.
It wasn't known how long her legs had been stuck in the "awkward position" between the iron bars, with it possible that she's been there all night, say West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue.
A crew from the Cleckheaton Blue Watch was able to successfully cut away the iron and free Pamela.
Initially she was too exhausted to stand, even after being hoisted into an upright position by a tractor, but eventually jumped to her feet of her own accord.

A gang of thieves who stole luxury cars in Leeds and posted photographs of themselves posing with the vehicles on social media have been detained.

One of the gang, Frankie Allwork, 21, posted a picture of himself standing in front of a stolen £60,000 Audi A6.
James Holroyd and Bryn Kerry, both 20, also posed in photographs.
All admitted burglary or car theft charges at Leeds Crown Court and were sentenced to between 32 months and four years and six months.
An emergency vehicle in East Yorkshire that had its doors stolen on Monday night will be "out of action for weeks", according to the Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
The incident happened at Beverley Ambulance Station on Driffield Road, between Monday night and Tuesday morning, police say.
A Land Rover was stripped of several parts, including its doors.
Fiona Chisholm-Pine from the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: "Unfortunately it wasn't just the doors that were removed.
"It was other parts of the vehicle that were also removed overnight as well, so that's put it fully out of service for a number of weeks."
The ambulance service has previously said it's "shocked and appalled" by the theft.

Huddersfield Town defender Tommy Elphick will have a knee operation next week, with the club unclear about how long he'll be out for.

He has played in 14 of the club's 16 Championship matches this season.
Huddersfield Town manager Danny Cowley said: ““Unfortunately, Tommy’s scans revealed that he needs surgery. Off the back of this, we will have a clear idea on how long he will be out of action for."

Yorkshire and West Indies batsman Nicholas Pooran has been banned from his country's next four Twenty20 internationals after he admitted to tampering with the ball.
Pooran, 24, played for Yorkshire in this year's T20 Blast and will return to Headingley as an overseas player next summer.
He was caught on camera using his thumb to scrape the ball and seam during the third and final match of the Windies one-day series win over Afghanistan.
"Pooran was charged with violating Article 2.14 of the code, which relates to 'changing the condition of the ball'," a statement from the International Cricket Council, cricket's world governing body, read.
"He will now miss the next four T20I games for the West Indies and will have five demerit points added to his record."

Many places in Doncaster affected by flooding have also seen communities joining together to help.
The thing that’s really struck me in Stainforth today is people's selfless concern for the villagers in neighbouring Fishlake.
The town of Stainforth itself has escaped the worst of the floods, although businesses tell me the closure of the bridge to Fishlake has affected footfall.
Local residents say the community has had to step up amid what is seen by many as an absence of help from the authorities.
The town’s Central Club (above) has been inundated with donations intended for those worst affected in the surrounding areas.
When Boris Johnson visited there earlier today those inside seemed surprised, not only to meet the prime minister but that the government had intervened.
There were heckles asking what had taken him so long but also gratitude he had managed to get there.
The Army has also made it to Stainforth today, with soldiers sandbagging vulnerable points in the banks of the River Don.
It’s hard lifting and, in their downtime, the troops crowded into the town’s cafe, bakery and newsagent, no doubt providing a much needed boost for local businesses.
Huddersfield Town defender Tommy Elphick will have knee surgery next week.

Bradford-born Delph, 29, missed Everton's Premier League win at Southampton on Saturday but had hoped to be fit in time for tomorrow's EURO 2020 qualifier against Montenegro and Sunday's trip to Kosovo.
Tomorrow night's match at Wembley is England's 1,000th men’s international.
