    BBC Lincolnshire Live

Fantasy Island in Ingoldmells has fully opened for the season today - and they've got some new additions to the park.

Last year, after finding out I'm terrified of rollercoasters, BBC Radio Lincolnshire sent me down to yes, ride a rollercoaster.

Naturally, I refused to go back so reporter Katie went instead to try the new rides - little did I know, they're aimed at very young children.

  7. Grantham A&E opens for an extra hourpublished at 09:17 British Summer Time 27 March 2017

    Rod Whiting
    BBC Radio Lincolnshire

Campaigners have welcomed a move that will see Grantham A&E department open for an extra hour each day.

But they say it does not go far enough and they are hoping it will soon return to a 24/7 facility.

NHS bosses cut back opening times last summer. The department will now open at 8am and run until 6.30pm.

These residents agree a full-time service is essential:

United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust says its own data show the system is still coping with the overnight closure.
