Police are hunting for burglars who stole a safe from house on Thoresby Road in the early hours of yesterday morning.
They smashed in through patio doors at the back of the property before stealing the safe which contained cash and jewellery.
It happened at around 04:20, police want any witnesses to get in touch.

Two people have been arrested after a car smashed into four vehicles parked on a Cleethorpes street.
Dramatic scenes of the crash, which happened on Barcroft Street on Wednesday afternoon, were captured on CCTV by resident Stewart Wilson.
The footage shows passengers from the car walking away from the accident, with one carrying a dog.
Humberside Police say nobody was injured.
A 23-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were arrested in connection with the collision.
The 23-year-old remains in custody.

Keith Alexander is a very well known name in Lincoln, leading the Imps to victory time and time again when he was the manager back in the early 2000s.
That was why when stone mason Lee Credland came across his headstone looking a little worse for wear while he was working at St Chad's Yard in Dunholme; he took it upon himself to do something about it.
Lee says he got in touch with Keith's family on Facebook who said they were touched by the offer and after a bit of work he got it looking match ready once again:

A house on Cross Street in Lincoln has been closed off after claims it was being used in connection with drugs and so-called 'legal highs'.
Neighbours complained to the police about the occupants' anti-social behaviour and after obtaining an order from Lincoln Magistrates Court they shut down the property.
This means it's a criminal offence for anyone to enter the property over the next three months, during which time repairs will be carried out.

People from all over came to Alford Crematorium to pay their respects to Robert Neale this morning.
The Second World War veteran, 88, from Belchford in Lincolnshire, died in hospital in March.
His neighbour, Sam Curtis, appealed for people to attend and said it was an 'amazing' turnout.
The appeal was supported by the Horncastle and District branch of the Royal British Legion.

British Steel has received 5400 applications for 140 trainee positions at its Scunthorpe and Teesside operations.
The company is in the process of selecting the trainees with most of the new starters being based in Scunthorpe.
