    Hope Bolger
    BBC Radio Lincolnshire

There were delays for many getting into the Lincolnshire Showground yesterday morning.

With some people queuing for over an hour.

One man told us he hasn't seen queues that bad for the show in 50 years!

With all that in mind, Show Director Jan Southall offers this advice:

    Quote Message

If people can follow the signage, if they can allow time to get here, because with the volume of cars particularly at the Riseholme there's always traffic at Riseholme roundabout."

    Jane Southall, Show Director

As in previous years the A15 from the A46 Lincoln bypass to the A631 at Caenby Corner is closed to all but show traffic.

All visitors are also being advised to follow the signs and ignore any satnavs!
