    BBC Local Live, Lincolnshire

Police and other agencies in Lincolnshire are concerned about what they call "relaxed attitudes" towards sex.

Detective Inspector Dan Boulter leads the serious sexual offences department at Lincolnshire Police, he says it's important that consent should be at the forefront of people's minds.

Sexual assault support workers say knowledge of consent issues is worryingly low.

With an influx of students in Lincoln for the new school year, authorities are launching a campaign to raise awareness of the law surrounding rape and sexual consent.

    Quote Message

There is no need for someone to say no. There is absolutely no requirement for them to say no. Consent is something that must be agreed before any sexual activity occurs.
