Princess Diana's sister is to officially open a memorial to Lincolnshire road crash victims.
Lady Sarah McCorquodale (pictured right) will unveil the memorial in Boston's Westgate Woods on 21 April.
A fundraising campaign has raised £20,000 for the memorial stone for the last two years.
An incident which saw a 60-year-old man left with serious head injuries on Lincoln High Street in the early hours of yesterday was an "unfortunate accident", police say.
Three men had been arrested and released under suspicion of GBH after the incident which happened at about 02:30 on Thursday morning.
But police now say the man fell over and no further action will be taken against the three men.
Officers have been busy in Grimsby today, by the looks of it.

A 16-year-old who stabbed a support worker at a school in North Lincolnshire has been detained for seven years.
Elisha Burkill attacked Joy Simon, 61, at Winterton Academy, near Scunthorpe, last September.
Burkill was initially charged with attempted murder.
At Hull Crown Court in December, she admitted wounding with intent and possessing a bladed article.
Mrs Simon was seriously injured but has since recovered and was is in the court gallery today.
Burkill will spend five years on licence following her release.

The body of James Fish, who was also known as Eddy, was discovered at a house on Grimsby Road in Waltham on Monday.
Rachael Flemington, 28, of Manor Drive, Waltham, has been remanded in custody to appear at Hull Crown Court on Monday.
Part of a 19th Century theatre in Lincolnshire is to open for the first time in nearly three years tonight thanks to the efforts of a team of volunteers.
A new lounge will be officially opened at Spilsby Theatre later after volunteers spent about 600 hours working to plaster, decorate and fix the plumbing and roofs at the site.
The group has been raising money and repairing the building since it was closed over safety fears in 2015.
But substantial repairs are still needed for the main auditorium and other parts of the venue.
The volunteer group has been given over £15,000 in grants to start repair work, but members hope for more to repair the former courthouse which was built in 1824.

James "Eddie" Fish, 80, was found dead at his home in North East Lincolnshire on Monday.

The hearing was told that PC Anthony Colson cut himself on his head and hand before claiming an assailant ran into woods near Boston.
PC Colson said he'd been investigating a torch shining in Beechwood (pictured), near Boston, when he was attacked.
But a doctor disputed this, saying the injuries weren't deep enough and would have been more varied in shape if they were made by an attacker.
The alleged attack caused a national manhunt for PC Colson's attacker, with national air support and dog handlers called in.
The hearing is expected to last a week.
PC Anthony Colson is accused of breaching professional standards by making false statements.
