    Derbyshire Miners' Convalescent Home

The Derbyshire Miners' Convalescent Home opened in Skegness back in 1928 but the Coal Industry Social Welfare Organisation - which runs the building - says it's selling it off because of increasing costs and falling guest numbers.

Darren Keyworth comes from a family of Derbyshire miners. He says the building is precious to them and it would be a wasted opportunity if it were to shut:

Because it's a small building of a bygone era nobody seems to be bothered but there's actually so much potential for it.
