It's being reported in The Telegraph, external that two potential bidders for the Silverstone Circuit have walked away from talks about buying the Northamptonshire venue, which is home to the British Grand Prix.
It's claimed both Jaguar Land Rover and the entrepreneur Lawrence Tomlinson have given up on securing deals, which could have provided much needed funding for the circuit's current owners - the British Racing Drivers' Club (BRDC).
BRDC says it won't comment on the sale of the circuit until any potential deal is in place and we've contacted Jaguar and Mr Tomlinson for comment.
