East Midlands Today reporterNetwork Rail say they have been working "through the night" to pump water from the flooded line at Draycott, which has halted trains between Nottingham and Derby.
Pumps are being maneuvered down the steep, slippery banks near the line.
Engineers estimate they’ll be on site all day.
