    If you completed the London Marathon yesterday we'd like to congratulate you, and hope you're not suffering too much this morning.

    We're particularly proud of Ben Blowes from Gazeley, who along with his tumble dryer was raising money for Racing Welfare, external in Newmarket.

    Ben, pictured during a pre-race training session, set a new Guinness World Record, external yesterday for "Fastest Marathon carrying a household appliance", completing the course in 5:58:37:
