    A YELLOW "be aware" warning is in place for today across eastern and northern Scotland with heavy rain leading to the potential for localised flooding and difficult driving conditions. In force until midday. Also a yellow warning out for wind across the southeast, Lothian, Fife and Tayside (but this expires at 9am)
