Costa Concordia salvage operation: Time-lapse footage

Time-lapse footage shows the Costa Concordia being lifted upright off the coast of Tuscany in Italy.

The ship capsized in January 2012 and has since been lying on its side in the water.

The operation took approximately 18 hours, using cables and metal boxes filled with water to roll the ship onto a platform.
