Given how often they are over here, there has been some talk of the Jacksonville Jaguars moving away from their current Florida home - and London being a possible destination - for a few years.

However, in more recent times the NFL has moved away from the idea of having a team based in the UK. And, after the Jags signed a deal to build a fancy new stadium they're staying put for the time being.

They will play more international games over the next three years as a result though - with Dublin being a distinct possibility...

Today's game seals the second straight year the Jaguars have played two games in London and is their 13th game in the past 11 years in the UK.

Their first game over here was the same year owner Shahid Khan took the reins at Premier League Fulham and he has been growing the Jags franchise on this side of the pond ever since.

This match is the final one of a three-year contract for the Jaguars to play in London - but no one would be surprised if they were back next season.

Their record over here? Six wins, six losses.

    Something's got to give today.

Last week, Jacksonville were also in London - but they won't have fond memories.

Blitzed by Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears, the Jaguars left Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with their tail firmly between the legs.

After only arriving in the UK two days before that game, will a full week of preparation under British skies help Trevor Lawrence and co this week?

The New York Jets, led by 40-year-old Aaron Rodgers, were unable to haul in the Minnesota Vikings, external who jumped out to 5-0 with a narrow victory at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

And that was enough to end Robert Saleh's tenure as Jets head coach - he was shown the door pretty much as soon as the Jets touched back down on the east coast of America.

As for the Vikings, they have blossomed into one of only two unbeaten teams in the opening stages of this season's NFL.

We've had two weeks of quality football so far in October and we're hopeful today will round it off in style.

    Here's a little recap...

    Patriots v Jaguars; 16.6% v 16.6% win percentage; 83 v 113 points scored; 143 v 178 points against

There is no doubt the stats make grisly reading.

If you can look beyond the numbers, it essentially says the Jaguars have a better offence but the Patriots have better defence.

It'll be interesting to see if that's how it shakes out this afternoon.

After wins for the Minnesota Vikings and the Chicago Bears at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the NFL rolls onto Wembley.

Strap yourself in - this could be a bumpy one.
