Stevenson v Padley
Padley is dropped by Stevenson after another body shot but he rises on eight. He's really feeling it now.

If Padley was to make it to the final bell, I don't think he'd have to buy a drink in Doncaster ever again.
Stevenson v Padley
It's turned into target practice for Stevenson but he can't seem to get Padley out of there as he lands numerous punches to the head and the body. Understandably, Padley is tiring and his footwork is slowing but he's as game as they come.
Adames retains title with draw against Sheeraz
Hamzah Sheeraz appeared to be rubbing his left hand as he waited for the result to be announced and he showed it to Queensberry promoter Frank Warren once he had taken his gloves off.
The Briton has since confirmed he sustained an injury but still believes he should have done more to influence the fight.
"I'm an overachiever. I'm very blessed but we'll go back to the drawing board and fix those errors," Sheeraz told Sky Sports.
"No excuses, I've got a hand injury but that's got nothing to do with the outcome of the fight."

Stevenson's moving around the boxing ring with the certitude of a man who knows he can do what he wants when he wants. That must be quite unnerving for Padley.
Stevenson v Padley
Stevenson is picking off Padley with a rapid two-shot combo. It really is special from the American at times but Padley grits his teeth and continues to fight back.

When Padley gets hurt, that's when it sparks something inside him. It's almost like there's no cares given

Padley doing what Sheeraz should have done, gone for it.

Padley, who was working as an electrician just four days ago, has made it into the second half of a fight against a three-weight world champion!

Padley has had some success when he goes forward. Apply pressure, nice and steady, and pick the moments to go forward. He needs to catch Stevenson off guard, but it looks like Padley was hurt with a decent shot.
Stevenson v Padley
A lovely three-shot combo from Padley connects on Stevenson as he then tries the same again. Stevenson then opens up and connects with two hard hits to the head. Stevenson lands hard to the body and he looks out on his feet but Padley comes back - bringing a smile from Stevenson again.
I can't see this one going much longer.

Can't help but have respect for Padley. Obviously outclassed but he's not shying away from the fight.

A win here is not sufficient for Stevenson. He needs to win and be mightily impressive to keep himself in the mix for mega-fights with (Gervonta) Davis and (Vasiliy) Lomachenko.
Stevenson v Padley
Lovely little flurry of punches from Padley but it only brings a smile from Stevenson. What will Stevenson's good friend Terence Crawford be thinking in the front row right now?
The combinations flow for Stevenson in the last part of the round and he hurts Padley with a stinging body shot. Padley grits his teeth and stays in there.
Stevenson v Padley
You cannot fault Padley here. He's on four days notice and he's letting his shots go against a three-weight world champion. Stevenson is taking his time and looking for a way through the guard of Padley but it's a pretty uneventful round.
Let your hands go!
Adames retains title with draw against Sheeraz
Hamzah Sheeraz, of course, isn't responsible for the scoring. But it is not a good look for boxing. And with such a close fight at the top of the bill, will we see more controversial judging?
Let's hope not.

That right jab is a thing of beauty from Shakur Stevenson. The champion flew through the gears on the sound of the ten-second clapper.
Stevenson v Padley
Stevenson rushes Padley and lands a good straight left as he looks to go up the gears. Padley isn't scared of throwing punches though as he lands jabs of his own before a left hook connects. Padley tries to open up at the end of the round but Stevenson lands a beauty of a right hand.
One thing to take from this fight so far is that Stevenson is absolutely rapid!
