After a sumptuous Rovman Powell drive through the covers for four to start the over, John Turner comes back well.

Still nine from the over is more than enough for the Windies from here.

This is a WinViz over time graphic. It looked like West Indies were cruising after that opening salvo but England are right back in it.

Halfway through the chase and, well, it's been eventful.

West Indies were racing towards victory after a stunning display of six-hitting from the two openers but three wickets in three balls have given England hope.

The hosts are still well ahead of the game in St Lucia but suddenly it's not quite as clear cut as it appeared an over ago.

Oops! That run out with a bit of dozy thinking and might be England's best chance here. Also fair play Rehan Ahmed for when the going gets tough. What an over so far!

What on earth is going on!?!

Three wickets in three balls for England and from cruising to victory, West Indies have been remarkably pegged back.

Nicholas Pooran plays back to a googly from Rehan Ahmed, gets an inside edge onto his stumps and - somehow - the tourists are back in this game.

Hope run out (Livingstone) 54 (WI 136-2)

    Shai Hope is run out!

Two wickets in two balls - and both set batters have gone!

Nicholas Pooran thumps his first ball straight to mid-on but for some reason, Hope had set off for a single.

He is sent back, Rehan Ahmed collects the throw from Liam Livingstone and Hope is not even close to making his ground.

    Breakthrough!

At last some respite for England as Evin Lewis miscues one trying to smash Rehan Ahmed out of the ground.

The batter was aiming leg side, the ball flew high into the off and Dan Mousley came in off the rope to take the catch.

Too little, too late for England? Probably but it's something for them to cling to.

Credit due here to some great ball striking and so far no answers from an inexperienced attack. A lot of head shaking from England. Let’s see how Jamie Overton goes?

  11. WI 136-0published at 9 overs

Nearly stunning catch from Jos Buttler!

Evin Lewis powers another one back down the ground and the England skipper sprints from long off and dives at full length to try and take the catch.

He can't hold on but does push the ball back into play to prevent the six. Super fielding.

Even the edges are going for six now.

Evin Lewis tries to heave the ball leg side, gets a thick outside edge but the ball not only lands safely but clears the rope at deep third comfortably.

England have got no answer to this incredible hitting from Evin Lewis and Shai Hope.

Lewis powers the latest maximum back over Sam Curran's head.

This is just getting silly now.

Slower ball from Sam Curran but dragged short and down leg.

Easily picked up and flicked over short fine leg by Evin Lewis.

Another boundary takes him to his half-century from 26 balls.

Just the 30 from that Liam Livingstone over.

Those of us in the UK might not be in for such a late night after all...

    Out of the ground!

That is ENORMOUS from Evin Lewis! Remarkable hitting as he clears the stand at long on with ease.

Six more to end the over, this one just clearing Jacob Bethell in the deep.

We thought England had posted a pretty big total, it's looking very, very small right now...

England keep changing their bowlers but, at the moment, they're just taking it in turns to be smashed out of the ground.

Liam Livingstone is the latest to suffer that fate as Evin Lewis bludgeons him over wide long on.

Rehan Ahmed economy by length in Windies T20Is

    • Fuller than 5m - 11.67
    • Between 5m & 7m - 6.31
    • Shorter than 7m - 16.94

There's extremely limited room for error for Rehan Ahmed in these conditions with West Indies batters dispatching anything overpitched or short.

Short from Rehan Ahmed again and powered away by Shai Hope.

This one goes all along the ground but with such power and accuracy that the fielders in the deep had no chance.

    That takes Hope to a 23-ball half-century.

A reminder that he faced six dot balls from Saqib Mahmood to start his innings...
