Possibility of Pakistan's highest score against England is still on here. A game within a game.

There are many leaders in this team and they've just got their hands in their pockets. I think it's one of those days where they are not quite taking it as seriously as they should have.

  4. Pak 200-9published at 49 overs

    Need 44 from six balls

Katherine Sciver-Brunt sounds like she is going to break something in the commentary box. England leave the field out for the final ball of the over which just gifts Najiha a single to keep the strike.

    Another forward defence from Najiha...

All in all, I think both teams will be disappointed with this day. They'd like it to be over.

  7. Pak 198-9published at 48 overs

Najiha Alvi blocks out the penultimate ball of Lauren Bell's over before taking a single from the last.

I was giving Pakistan a chance but it doesn't look like she fancies it.

46 are needed from the final two.

I would definitely be trying to get Nashra on strike at all costs, and then keeping her there. And then if she's on strike for the last ball of the over, giving her one. A couple of tricks missed here I feel.

It feels like England are just marshalling around, trying to get these four or five overs done as quickly as possible, and then get back in the sheds.

  9. Pak 197-9published at 47.3 overs

I've been talking like this game is done for a while but England's sloppiness is just about keeping Pakistan in it. Kind of.

47 runs are needed from 15 balls.

Pakistan are really getting on my wick here. They need to play some shots.

  11. Pak 195-9published at 47 overs

    Need 49 from 18 balls

    Five more wides!

Sarah Glenn is the culprit this time. There have been 40 extras, 31 of which have been wides.

  12. Pak 189-9published at 46.1 overs

    Argh.

There are worried looks all around as Charlie Dean gets a horrible bounce in the field.

She nearly had to find an emergency dentist in Derby in the Yellow Pages.

    Target 244

No joy for Lauren Bell on her return. The game is meandering towards a conclusion. England's fielders just want to get in the warm.

    Need 58 from 30 balls

I don't want to suggest Najiha Alvi is batting for her average but I will. Dot, dot, dot, single to keep the strike.

Lauren Bell is back to try to finish the job.

As a number 11 myself, I loved it when a seamer bowled back of a length. That's just not going to get you out. You've got to go full and straight.

  17. Pak 185-9published at 44 overs

    Need 59 from 36 balls

A no-ball from Kate Cross takes the extras tally to 35. England are going to win but I hope they're honest about their performance today.

Cross' day is done. 2-46 from 10 overs.

Well bowled Charlie Dean. Going at under four-an-over in an ODI - that's a steady day isn't it? Charlie Dean is such a good bowler. She is going to break a lot of records.

  19. Pak 178-9published at 43 overs

    Need 65 from 42 balls

Nashra Sandhu is batting without a sticker on her bat. That probably tells you something.

Charlie Dean has finished with 2-39 from her 10 overs.
