  1. 'Harrison likes a caught and bowled'published at 12:08 British Summer Time 14 April

    Notts 399 v Worcs 280-8

    Dave Bracegirdle
    BBC Radio Nottingham

He's a man that likes a caught and bowled, Calvin Harrison.

That's his third caught and bowled in this innings, all very different but nicely pouched, he's got safe hands.

  2. wicket

WICKET: Denly b Snater 16published at 12:04 British Summer Time 14 April

    Essex 530-7 dec v Kent 283-4

    Shane SnaterImage source, Rex Features

Stump out of the ground as Shane Snater beats Joe Denly with a beauty!

Denly looks so disappointed with that one as he makes his way back to the pavilion.

That's Snater's second of the innings, joining Jamie Porter in taking two Kent wickets.

  3. 400 up for Surreypublished at 12:03 British Summer Time 14 April

    Somerset 285 v Surrey 400-8

A four for Gus Atkinson brings up 400 for Surrey as the hosts continue to build a healthy lead.

    115 and counting.

  4. wicket

    WICKET: Baker c & b Harrison 8published at 12:02 British Summer Time 14 April

    Notts 399 v Worcs 279-8

The second new ball is available but Nottinghamshire have decided against taking it for now to keep their spinners operating and it pays off with the dismissal of Josh Baker.

Calvin Harrison has his fourth wicket of the innings, grasping a fairly straightforward caught-and-bowled chance.

Worcestershire still 120 behind as number 10 Joe Leach heads to the middle.

  5. 'That's a pity'published at 12:01 British Summer Time 14 April

    Warwickshire 698-3 dec v Durham 239-4

    Martin Emmerson
    BBC Radio Newcastle

That [Ollie Robinson wicket] is a pity because that partnership was on 99.

  6. 6 runs

Six for Jamie Overtonpublished at 11:59 British Summer Time 14 April

    Somerset 285 v Surrey 394-8

Jamie Overton comes down the pitch to a Shoaib Bashir delivery and smashes it into the stand!

Bit of aggression from Overton as Surrey's lead goes to 109.

  7. wicket

WICKET: Robinson 60 c Barnard b Briggs 60published at 11:56 British Summer Time 14 April

    Warwickshire 698-3 dec v Durham 238-4

There's the Warwickshire breakthrough! Ollie Robinson is gone, Danny Briggs the wicket-taker.

Robinson skies one straight up in the air off a leading edge and Ed Barnard takes a comfortable catch just wide of mid-off.

  8. Wickets continue to be scarce at Edgbastonpublished at 11:56 British Summer Time 14 April

    Warwickshire 698-3 dec v Durham 232-3

    Clive Eakin
    BBC CWR Sport

Warwickshire probably need to see off Durham's first innings by the end of the day if they're to have any chance of forcing a win but that looks a tall order.

Alex Lees and Ollie Robinson have continued serenely in sunshine in the morning session, Lees bringing up his 25th first-class century and passing 10,000 career runs in the process.

The nearest that the Bears have come to wickets have been a run out chance against Robinson and then when they set a leg side trap for the same batter, only to see Rob Yates put down a sharp chance the first ball after being positioned at leg slip.

  9. 100 runs

100 for Keaton Jenningspublished at 11:55 British Summer Time 14 April

    Hampshire 367 v Lancashire 269-4

It's a 28th first-class century for Keaton Jennings. A captain's knock from the Lancashire skipper.

A magnificent straight drive to the boundary took Jennings to 99 and the left-hander brings up three figures with a superb shot through the covers to the fence.

  10. Postpublished at 11:54 British Summer Time 14 April

    Somerset 285 v Surrey 382-8

Just on the Cameron Steel wicket, he played almost exactly the same shot in consecutive balls to Tom Lammonby at point.

The first saw Lammonby make a smart stop to a well-struck shot.

Steel went to run but had to go back to recover his ground such was the quality of the fielding and stayed on strike.

Then the next ball Steel picked out Lammonby again but this time it was for a catch!

  11. wicket

WICKET: Steel c Lammonby b Aldridge 43published at 11:48 British Summer Time 14 April

    Somerset 285 v Surrey 378-8

There will be no 50 for Cameron Steel.

Kasey Aldridge has a fourth wicket as Steel cuts to Tom Lammonby at backward point.

Surrey's lead is approaching 100 but they've only got a couple of wickets in hand now.

  12. Lyth goes to 50published at 11:47 British Summer Time 14 April

    Division Two latest

While Dave Fletcher thinks Glamorgan v Derbyshire will be over today [see 11:44 post], elsewhere in Division Two Yorkshire opener Adam Lyth has gone to 50 to help his side to 94-0 in their second innings at Gloucestershire. The lead is up to 157.

Sussex are heading towards a first-innings lead at Leicestershire - they're 322-6 and trailing by just 16 now.

And the runs continue to flow at Northants. Middlesex are 151-1 with 19-year-old opener Nathan Fernandes on 75.

  13. wicket

    WICKET: D'Oliveira lbw b Patterson-White 54published at 11:46 British Summer Time 14 April

    Notts 399 v Worcs 270-7

Worcestershire captain Brett D'Oliveira falls lbw to LPW.

Liam Patterson-White flights one a bit fuller and it hits D'Oliveira on the back leg bang in front.

Not much doubt about that one, and Notts have their first wicket on day three.

  14. Postpublished at 11:45 British Summer Time 14 April

    Somerset 285 v Surrey 371-7

England off-spinner Shoaib Bashir is into the attack for Somerset.

The 20-year-old has bowled 33 overs so far and in his last one he concedes a four to Cameron Steel as the batter moves to 41.

Jamie Overton is on five at the other end.

  15. 'This game will be over today'published at 11:44 British Summer Time 14 April

    Glamorgan 237 & 100-4 v Derbyshire 198

    Dave Fletcher
    BBC Radio Derby Sport

We won't be here tomorrow, unless it rains and it's not forecast to rain.

I think this game will be over today.

Derbyshire really need to get among the wickets before lunch.

  16. 50 runs

50 for Ollie Robinsonpublished at 11:43 British Summer Time 14 April

    Warwickshire 698-3 dec v Durham 225-3

Ollie Robinson, helped by a couple of freebie boundaries in an expensive Craig Miles over, has brought up his half-century with another cut shot to the fence.

Valuable runs for a player who is attempting to stake a claim for a spot in England's Test side later in the summer.

  17. 50 runs

50 for Brett D'Oliveirapublished at 11:41 British Summer Time 14 April

    Notts 399 v Worcs 258-6

Worcestershire are past the follow-on mark at Trent Bridge and Brett D'Oliveira celebrates by advancing down the track and hitting Liam Patterson-White back over his head for a six that brings up his half-century.

  18. 'Kookaburra loses effectiveness when damp'published at 11:38 British Summer Time 14 April

    Warwickshire 698-3 dec v Durham 219-3

    Clive Eakin
    BBC CWR Sport

It's not a damp day today, an issue with the Kookaburra ball is that when it gets damp it loses a lot of its effectiveness.

  19. 'Clark was unlucky'published at 11:30 British Summer Time 14 April

    Somerset 285 v Surrey 367-7

    Anthony Gibson
    BBC Radio Somerset

It's a little but unlucky that mode of dismissal.

It really wasn't a good ball from Kasey Aldridge, I don't think he meant to fire one down the leg side in the hope that Jordan Clark would get the fine edge.

  20. Postpublished at 11:28 British Summer Time 14 April

    Hampshire 367 v Lancashire 239-4

Hampshire bring Pakistan paceman Mohammad Abbas into the attack for the first time this morning.

He took 1-41 in his 12 overs yesterday, with Luke Wells the man he removed for 55.

Can he repeat the trick with Wells' opening partner Keaton Jennings, who is now into the nineties?
