  1. Hill 'not injured'published at 15:07 British Summer Time 25 May

    Yorks 159 & 19-0 v Notts 228 & 393-8

Little bit of clarity regarding the George Hill situation after first, him not bowling today, and second leaving the field after finishing off the three balls of Jordan Thompson's over.

Thompson went off with a side or back strain which looked worrying but coach Anthony McGrath has confirmed there are no issues with Hill despite rumours to the contrary.

No update from Yorkshire on Thompson as yet.

  2. Five-wicket haul for Matthew Kuhnemannpublished at 15:05 British Summer Time 25 May

    Glamorgan 383 v Middx 155 & 190-8

Australian Matthew Kuhnemann marks his Glamorgan debut with a five-for as Jack Davies pulls to mid-wicket.

  4. 'Tricky but not impossible for Worcs'published at 15:01 British Summer Time 25 May

    Worcs 181 v Warks 227 & 202-7

    Clive Eakin
    BBC CWR Sport

Jacob Duffy takes a decent catch.

I think it was there to be hit but he's hit it in the wrong place, maybe he was trying to hit it a little straighter rather than hook it all the way around to that part of the ground.

If they were to get these three wickets immediately they'll be chasing 245 to win, which would be tricky but perhaps not impossible.

  5. SOMERSET WIN BY SEVEN WICKETSpublished at 14:59 British Summer Time 25 May
    Breaking

    Durham v Somerset 267-3 (target 265)

Tom Abell flicks another boundary off his pads to win the match for the visitors!

It ends a terrific fourth wicket partnership worth 139 runs between Abell (73 not out) and Tom Lammonby, who ends on 104 not out.

Lammonby's match winning display showed all the composure and elegance you've come to expect from the left-hander and sees the visitors pick up their third win in a row as they begin to climb the County Championship division one table.

A terrific match comes to a conclusion before the need of tea on day three at Chester le Street.

  6. Postpublished at 103 overs

    Surrey 279 v Essex 217 & 336-5

Michael Pepper can be a dangerous customer and those are easy runs for him as he flicks a wayward Tom Lawes delivery to fine leg for four.

He is 17 not out, Charlie Allison has 66 and Essex lead by 274.

  7. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:56 British Summer Time 25 May

    Smith c Duffy b Allison 8 (Worcs v Warwicks 198-7, lead by 244)

Kai Smith looks to pull a short ball from Ben Allison but it flies straight to Jacob Duffy on the deep backward square boundary and Warwickshire lose their seventh wicket.

New batsman in: Chris Woakes - quite a handy number nine at County level.

  8. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:56 British Summer Time 25 May

    Hurst c Cox b Scriven 26 (Leics 457 v Lancs 206 & 139-4)

A good length from Tom Scriven who encourages Matty Hurst to come forward defensively and gets a hint of movement away off the pitch.

The edge flies into the waiting gloves of Ben Cox and Lancs are four down and still 112 runs adrift.

Hurst had done well with his former captain Keaton Jennings but their partnership is over and Leics almost have sight of the the tail.

Kent have lost their ninth wicket with Grant Stewart edging a leg-cutter by Martin Andersson to the keeper. Number 11 Jake Ball is now at the crease and the visitors are 261 behind.

  10. 250 up for Somersetpublished at 14:54 British Summer Time 25 May

    Durham v Somerset 253-3 (target 265)

A flick off his pads into the leg side from Tom Abell runs away for another boundary and brings up Somerset's 250.

Just 12 runs now required. We're not going to need tea at the Riverside today.

  11. Postpublished at 101.1 overs

    Surrey 279 v Essex 217 & 328-5

Surrey are having a lot of appeals turned down today.

Jamie Overton thinks he has Charlie Allison but it was bat on ground, not edge on ball as it flew into keeper Ben Foakes' gloves.

Umpire Rob Bailey - a former England player - wonders what all the fuss was about.

  12. 50 runs

50 for Tom Abellpublished at 14:51 British Summer Time 25 May

    Durham v Somerset 244-3 (target 265)

In the following over, Lammonby's partner Tom Abell also raises his bat to the balcony following a well-deserved 50.

His late cut adds another three runs and moves Somerset on to 244-3 with just 21 runs required for victory.

  13. Postpublished at 14:48 British Summer Time 25 May

    Yorks 159 & 0-0 (target 463) v Notts 228 & 393-8

Mo Abbas to kick things off for Notts and Adam Lyth is 22 yards away with bat in hand.

The Notts man looks key to this attack judged on his 6-45 in the first innings which was his 49th career five for.

He has set his sights on a landmark 50th here which is bad news for the hosts. Probably.

  14. 100 runs

100 for Tom Lammonbypublished at 14:46 British Summer Time 25 May

What a superb innings from Tom Lammonby.

The most elegant, calm and composed innings you are like to see.

    30 now required for Somerset.

    Gohar c Cooke b Harris 2 (Glamorgan 383 v Middx 155 & 160-7)

    Another one for James Harris.

Zafar Gohar cuts and keeper Chris Cooke takes a tremendous catch leaping high to his left.

  16. 'We're in the business end of the game'published at 14:43 British Summer Time 25 May

    Yorks 159 v Notts 228 & 393-8 dec

    Jonathan Doidge
    BBC Radio Leeds cricket commentator

I think this is the business end of the game now.

The bowlers have run off with purpose, they'll fancy this.

Yorkshire don't want this pitch to change in my opinion, as it's doing enough for the quicker bowlers.

  17. Postpublished at 99 overs

    Surrey 279 v Essex 217 & 322-5

    Steady, young man.

Charlie Allison throws the lot at a wide one from Tom Lawes and is very lucky to see if fly over second slip for four.

Ben Foakes claims a leg-side catch in Lawes' next over but the umpire judges it came off Michael Pepper's hip.

  18. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:40 British Summer Time 25 May

    Higgins lbw Harris 19 (Glamorgan 383 v Middx 155 & 157-6)

James Harris bounces back from his earlier mauling by Sam Robson as he picks up the wicket of Ryan Higgins - leg-before, and no doubt about it.

Glamorgan need four more for victory - Middlesex need another 71 to at least make the home side bat again.

  19. NOTTS 393-8 DECLAREDpublished at 14:38 British Summer Time 25 May

    Yorks 159 v Notts 228 & 393-8

Brett Hutton and Dillon Pennington were rushing with the bat hitting three sixes and two fours in the last three overs.

And now they are rushing off the field having called the declaration with Notts leading by 462 runs.

Hutton leaves unbeaten on 44 and Pennington on 22 and we will have a 10 minutes turnaround while Yorkshire's openers get padded up.

  20. 100 partnership for Somersetpublished at 14:38 British Summer Time 25 May

    Durham v Somerset 227-3 (target 265)

Back-to-back boundaries from Tom Lammonby means the left-hander has moved on to 93 not out and Somerset's required target is just another 38 runs more.

Superb innings from Lammonby which is just getting better and better.

The boundaries also mean the 100 partnership between Lammonby and Tom Abell have come up too.
