England captain Heather Knight: "I don't think I have won so many tosses on tour, probably wouldn't have minded losing this one. We will have a bowl. There is possibly a bit of rain around but it is a very good pitch under lights so we will have to bat very well.

"The last time I played here I bowled seam and got my first international wicket. It is always a good place to play and a good track.

"I loved the way we went as a bowling unit (in the second ODI), attacking and taking wickets in clusters. That's how I want us to be as a bowling side, though we always have to adapt to conditions."

  2. England win the toss and bowlpublished at 11:51 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

Heather Knight calls right at the toss and England will bowl first. Not all that surprising given the side chasing has won the first two games of the series.

One change for England with Lauren Bell returning in place of Lauren Filer.

Four changes for South Africa with Tazmin Brits, Ayanda Hlubi, Sinalo Jafta and Sune Luus dropping out. Lara Goodall, Masabata Klaas, Mieke de Ridder and Anneke Bosch come into the XI.

After a disappointing six-wicket loss in the opening game, a Charlie Dean hat-trick helped England hit back with a convincing six-wicket win of their own in the second ODI.

So the series is on the line in this third and final ODI at Potchefstroom.

All to play for then so let's get the news from the toss...
