It was looking like a cakewalk for England before the heavens opened.
I've had a look at the radar and Chester-le-Street is currently right in the middle of a big splodge of showers.
Right, I'm off to do various shamanic rituals in the hope I can stop the rain in the north east.

Oh dear, the rain has finally arrived.
We've done pretty well today, the forecast suggested we'd be on and off, but the rain has come down just short of a clear run to the conclusion.
Hopefully we can get back on, but if we don't England are well ahead of the DLS par score, which currently stands at 208.

An upper cut six for Livingstone!
He sends Abbott over the ropes in the point region.
Liam Livingstone, that's lovely stuff.
He whips Starc away for four at fine leg, then plays a beautiful straight drive from the following delivery, holding the pose at the ball rocketed to the ropes.
Brook stumbles over attempting to ramp the final delivery, with the ball just passing leg stump - no harm done.

Harry Brook's century came off 87 balls with two sixes and 12 fours. It's his first in ODI cricket and he's the third player to score his first ODI hundred as the England captain - the other two being Nasser Hussain and Michael Atherton.
Brook steps back, giving himself room to lift Abbott over point for four.
He edges the ball attempting the same shot from the following delivery, but it drops short of Alex Carey.

The stand-in skipper does it with successive fours off Mitchell Starc, driving over the seamer's head to move to 99 then guiding a delivery past the keeper.

Another big pull from Green's fourth delivery, Marnus Labuschagne is running full pelt along the ropes in an attempt to take the catch, but he the ball bursts through his hands for six.
Momentum takes Labuschagne over the ropes, where he brushes young drinks carrier Mahli Beardman before skidding just short of the advertising hoardings.
The uncapped 19-year-old gets a big glare from Labuschagne - did his presence put him off?

He lifts Aaron Hardie's penultimate delivery high over the mid-wicket boundary, also getting off the mark in the process.
