Two wickets in two balls for Lancashire.
And how things can change quickly from a sedate 34-0 to 34-2.
Northants batter Rob Keogh has just reached his century against Derbyshire. Northants are now 365-5 and haven't lost a wicket yet on day two.
Yorkshire have lost a wicket... Sussex and England paceman Ollie Robinson bowled Jordan Thompson for 13.
Yorkshire are 193-8 and lead by 40.
Middlesex continue to make Glamorgan toil in Cardiff. They're 131-1 with Mark Stoneman unbeaten on 78.
Leicestershire are also struggling in the field. Gloucestershire are 452-3 with Ollie Price 67 not out.
Essex v Warwicks 373-9
Michael Rae's been enjoying himself with the bat - but the fun is over as he swings and misses at Simon Harmer.
Rae had just clobbered the spinner for two successive sixes to reach 16 from as many balls, but the wily Harmer changed his pace with the next delivery and foxed Rae completely.
Last man Olly Hannon-Dalby comes out as Essex look to finally sew up this Warwickshire innings.
Somerset 483-8 v Kent
Kent have deployed a defensive off side field with just three fielders on the other side of the square.
Grant Stewart bowls to Lewis Gregory, who takes an easy single to deep point.
Single to Davey third ball.
Thundery showers are forecast later in the afternoon, which may play into Somerset tactics should they bat on until the lunch break.
Lancashire v Durham 34-2
What's that they say about one bringing two?!
It's two in two balls for Lancashire as Nathan Lyon takes a wicket with the first delivery of the next over - and now both Durham openers are gone.
Scott Borthwick edges to first slip and that means David Bedingham and Colin Ackermann have a rebuilding job on their hands, with neither having yet faced a ball.
Somerset 478-8 v Kent

There is blue sky overhead now, I'm delighted to say.
No sign of the sun yet but looking at the radar rainfall radar, we don't seem to be threatened with anymore showery rain, certainly up to lunch time.
Lancashire 357 v Durham 34-1
George Balderson picks up a wicket in his first over and Alex Lees is on his way.
The left-hander was pushing forward and appeared to edge onto his pad, with the ball looping up nicely for Matty Hurst to collect behind the stumps.
Surrey 213 & 14-0 v Worcs 128 - lead by 99
Testing times for Surrey against the new seaming, swinging ball but bar a close LBW shout for Rory Burns off Joe Leach, there have been no alarms so far for the hosts.
Dom Sibley defends against Nathan Smith safely into the covers.
Sibley drives straight but the bowler parries the ball to prevent the run.
The Surrey opener picks up a couple of runs as he's squared up, edging the ball, albeit safely to third man.
Somerset 476-8 v Kent

I'm not sure that we are going to see Lewis Gregory and Josh Davey throwing caution to the wind, I think they are going to bat properly.
They will bat very much as Somerset did yesterday which is to take full toll of anything loose but to keep the good balls out and to just bat or as long as they can.
Essex v Warwickshire 353-8
There's to be no third bowling point for Essex, as Michael Rae plays out the 100th over from Jamie Porter and steers the final ball behind point for a single as well.
It's not a scenario Essex could have envisaged when they captured five Bears wickets before lunch yesterday - but Ed Barnard, who's still there on 138, and Michael Burgess have transformed the visitors' fortunes.
Somerset 476-8 v Kent
Somerset are not interested in a declaration as they continue to build on a substantial first innings.
Beyers Swanepoel bowls to Josh Davey, who gets a thick inside edge safely onto the leg side for one.
A bit of cloud cover over the nearby Quantocks with a tiny hint of sunshine threatening to break through.
Just the one run form a tidy Swanepoel over.
Surrey 213 & 12-0 v Worcs 128 - lead by 97
Rory Burns picks up four runs off Nathan Smith off a thick outside edge through point and two more driven off an inside edge next ball.
Batting has seldom looked easy in this game (bar that Dan Lawrence-Ollie Pope stand) but runs are flowing nonetheless.
Essex v Warwickshire 351-8
Essex still have hope of securing that third bowling point as Simon Harmer gets one through to bowl Che Simmons in the 109th over.
It's already job done in terms of bonus points for the Bears - Simmons having dispatched Jamie Porter for a boundary in the previous over to take them beyond 350.
Ed Barnard has 137 to his name and he's now been joined by Michael Rae, another Warwickshire player making his debut for the county here.
Somerset 470-8 v Kent
Mercifully just a short delay in the West Country.
Grant Stewart completes his rain disrupted over and Somerset captain Lewis Gregory is forward to Beyers Swanepoel, scooping a ball from an off stump line through mid on for four.
Normal service resumes for the Somerset batting.
Glamorgan 183 v Middlesex 121-1
Nick Webb
BBC Radio Wales
Middlesex are already well set for a first innings advantage over Glamorgan with Mark Stoneman taking advantage of anything loose as he moved into the seventies.
His quieter partner, Sam Robson, fell for 28 with the score on 97 as a leading edge off James Harris lobbed to a back-pedalling Marnus Labuschagne at square leg.
But Harris and last week’s five-wicket hero Andy Gorvin could not exert consistent pressure in the same way as the visitors’ seam attack.
With thundery showers probably around this afternoon, Middlesex will want to press on, with a little swing this morning not enough to cause the batters serious problems.
Lancs 357 v Durham 30-0
Alex Lees moves on to 20 driving Will Williams through cover for two.
Sweetly timed but the ball slows up in the field.
One more run worked into the leg side.
Shot! Williams bowls over the wicket to Scott Borthwick and that ball is hammered through square leg on the front foot for four.
Notts 235 v Hants 0-1
Dave Bracegirdle
BBC Radio Nottingham commentator
Yesterday we saw Nottinghamshire 0-1 and today Hampshire are the same, they've lost a wicket in the first over.
Ali Orr fresh from a century caught by Olly Stone and this game is perhaps getting back towards an even keel.
Sussex 150 v Yorkshire 181-7
The showers have departed and they're back on the field at Hove.
How many can Yorkshire's last three wickets stretch this lead to? It's 31 at the moment.
Matthew Revis and Jordan Thompson are the men in the middle for the visitors.
Lancs 357 v Durham 23-0
Steady progress for Durham thus far in their innings after Lancashire were dismissed two overs into the day's play.
Alex Lees ducks under a Saqib Mahmood bouncer and then pushes the next ball to cover for a quick single.
Lancashire 357 v Durham 22-0

We've sold 1,700 tickets for today and with walk ups we're expecting over 2,000 said the guy on the ticket office when I walked into the ground past a long line of supporters already waiting for the gates to open.
The weather is lovely, the forecast is for a warm and sunny day and when and then you add a little bit of Ben Stokes batting and Nathan Lyon bowling you can see that Stanley Park is providing a popular attraction in this old seaside town.
