Want the best bits of Amy Jones' half-century?

    Of course you do.

  2. Eng 175-5published at 33 overs

Not as much drama in Brooke Halliday's latest over, with England nudging four singles.

New Zealand have done well to slow down the scoring. There have only been two boundaries in the last eight overs.

Amy Jones now has 14 ODI fifties, the third highest number without making a hundred.

  5. Eng 171-5published at 32 overs

Eng need 42 from 60 balls

Fresh from taking a wicket Brooke Halliday is also making an impact in the field, with a fine diving stop preventing a boundary.

England are still heavy favourites but New Zealand have just been given a sniff.

  6. Eng 166-5published at 31 overs

    Need 47 from 66 balls

Brooke Halliday is causing a bit of chaos as Sophie Devine had hoped.

Alice Capsey is the new batter and gets off the mark with a cut down to deep point.

That's actually where you want it, just slightly to your left.

  8. dropped catch

Nat Sciver-Brunt dropped on 63published at 30.3 overs

    Brooke Halliday should have another!

Nat Sciver-Brunt hammers the ball straight to Georgia Plimmer at short extra cover but she spills it.

Sciver-Brunt hit it hard but Plummer should be holding onto that.

Brooke Halliday, who I keep chipping into, keeps taking wickets. That was a good ball, to be fair. Amy Jones got trapped in a few options.

    Jones c Gaze b Halliday 50 (Eng 162-5)

She did! It was the faintest of edges but Jones has to go.

    Brooke Halliday makes the breakthrough.

Has Amy Jones feathered one behind here?

It is given not out but New Zealand ask for another look.

England were in a spot of trouble at 72-4, but this partnership has helped settle the hosts.

Here are the best shots from Nat Sciver-Brunt's latest half-century.

  13. 50 runs

50 for Amy Jonespublished at 29.3 overs

A better than a run-a-ball 50 for Amy Jones. It is not the tidiest way to get there as a leading edge squirms just wide of point, but it is no less valuable to England as they edge closer to victory.

For the breakthrough, my two options would be Penfold, I really enjoy her bouncer, and Devine, who can bowl stump to stump. Then if they take a wicket, Amelia Kerr to dry things up. So seamers to make the breakthrough, spinners to squeeze.

  15. Eng 156-4published at 29 overs

    Need 57 from 78 balls

It is fair to say Brooke Halliday has an unconventional, looping back of the hand delivery.

It doesn't matter how you bowl though, if you serve up a full toss you are going to get punished.

Amy Jones gleefully clubs the ball to the rope. She is now one away from a half-century.

  17. Eng 148-4published at 28 overs

Six singles from Eden Carson's latest over, with England consistently picking out the fielder.

With Hannah Rowe bowled out Brooke Halliday has been given the ball to try and inspire a wicket.

  18. Eng 142-4published at 27 overs

    Target 212 (from 42 overs)

Hannah Rowe, New Zealand's most dangerous bowler this innings, bowls out with impressive figures of 2-38.

  19. dropped catch

Amy Jones dropped on 40published at 26.5 overs

Amy Jones put down at mid-wicket!

Jones clipped one just short earlier in the over but this one carries to Amelia Kerr but she cannot hold on.

A potentially pivotal moment in this game.

  20. Eng 141-4published at 26 overs

No real fireworks from Eden Carson's latest over, with England comfortably adding six more runs to the total.

72 from 96 deliveries is the equation.
