A great way for Jacob Bethell to get off the mark, a meaty cut shot off Hazlewood flies to the boundary.

Poor game awareness from England. It's not a big total. Approach it with patience, especially with wickets falling. Bored of them saying 'this is how we play' and proceeding to lose playing that way.
