Dani Hazell's "dreamland" 250 is in sight. South Africa are in disarray.

South Africa's job is to just hold onto this anything below 230 and they will be happy. There is a clear plan here.

  3. Ind 203-7published at 46 overs

For three deliveries, Marizanne Kapp's variations get the better of India, with her mixture of shorter and slower balls yielding three dots.

But once Richa Ghosh has her eye in, there's only one outcome, smacking a slower ball through the covers for four.

200 up for India and Ghosh and Sneh Rana have added 50 off just 36 balls.

Clever batting from Sneh Rana knowing where her fielders are. She fist pumped the air because she knows that is what she needed.

  10. Ind 188-7published at 43.4 overs

Shot! Sneh Rana paddles the ball around the wicketkeeper and beats the diving fielder to pick up four. Nadine de Klerk puts her head in her hands.

It gets worse for the South Africa bowler as a wide delivery is also sent to the rope to add another five runs to India's tally.

Then, Richa Ghosh squirts an ugly edge behind for four. Eek.

  11. Ind 174-7published at 43 overs

Nonkululeko Mlaba drags things back with a pair of dots but Sneh Rana pushes for two to get the scoreboard moving again.

Nine off the over, with a wide joining Ghosh's two and six.

Nadine de Klerk gifts Richa Ghosh a full toss but she toe-ends it and can only snatch two.

    Amanjot c Luus b Tryon 13 (Ind 153-7)

Chloe Tryon strikes with her final delivery to break India's seventh-wicket partnership.

Amanjot Kaur tries to go big but doesn't have the intent and picks out Sune Luus, taking a fine catch running back, at mid-off.

Her laborious innings ends on 13 (44) while the much more jubilant Tryon finishes with 3-32.

The silver lining for India is that Tryon is now bowled out, so they'll only have three overs of spin from Nonkululeko Mlaba to navigate in the final 10.

There's "oooohs" all round as Nonkululeko Mlaba finds some turn and completely bamboozles Amanjot Kaur, the ball angling away from the India batter.

Earlier, Richa Ghosh darted a single to bring up India's 150.
