  1. Ind 149-6published at 38 overs

After 35 deliveries, Amanjot Kaur is into double figures! Deftly played to guide the ball fine for four. She's up to 12.

  2. Ind 143-6published at 37 overs

That's better - and more controlled - from Richa Ghosh. After exchanging singles with Amanjot Kaur, she guides the ball past wicketkeeper Sinalo Jafta for four to move onto 32.

  3. Ind 137-6published at 36 overs

Richa Ghosh has decided she's going to go for this.

Three balls after her six, she eyes a full toss, mistimes it horribly, and has a heart in mouth moment as the ball hangs in the air.

Fortunately for her and India, it lands safely around mid-wicket. Does she need to go full gas just yet? With 14 overs left, I'm not sure.

Great from Richa Ghosh, she's playing with intent and that can take you a long way. She has been waiting to do that for the last few overs.

  5. 6 runs

    Ind 136-6published at 35.1 overs

Who needs to run when you can produce shots like that? Richa Ghosh drops down on one knee and heaves Tumi Sekhukhune into the leg-side for six. Lovely stuff.

  6. Ind 130-6published at 35 overs

Nadine de Klerk muddies her sleeves with a full-length slide to deny Richa Ghosh a boundary. India only run one, which is disappointing.

  7. Ind 128-6published at 34 overs

Richa Ghosh runs a single off the first ball of the over to overtake extras as India's third-highest scorer and jogs another off the final ball.

She has 19 (26) but partner Amanjot Kaur is labouring a little on six (26).

Richa Ghosh, down on one knee, sweeping Chloe Tryon for four. That will delight the home fans in Visakhapatnam.

Accompanied by three singles, it's a profitable over for India. The seventh-wicket partnership is up to 23 (42).

I feel like the game is hovering at the moment. I think if South Africa can get one or two more wickets that can break the game up.

  10. Ind 118-6published at 32 overs

One thing South Africa will be disappointed with is the extras tally.

    They've given up 17 so far - including 16 wides - which makes extras India's third-highest scorer.

Still, aside from a wide, it's a pretty flawless over from Ayabonga Khaka.

  11. Ind 116-6published at 31 overs

Another tidy over from Chloe Tryon, who has 2-14 from her six. Just two singles.

250 would be "dreamland" for India, according to Dani Hazell on commentary. They'll certainly be glad to see the back of Tryon as soon as possible.

    And here's part two.

India collapsed from 83-1 to 102-6 and are 114-6 after 30 overs.

  14. drinks break

    Ind 114-6published at 30 overs

Hmmmm Sune Luus won't want to see that again. The ball whistles through her legs and away to the rope to gift Richa Ghosh her second boundary of the day.

It's the only scoring shot of the over.

    Time for drinks!

We believed Richa Ghosh would play this way. She should stick to her natural way of playing and put the pressure on. That is exactly what she did.

  16. Ind 110-6published at 29 overs

Biff. Richa Ghosh gets her innings up and running with a boundary, dispatching Chloe Tryon up and over mid-on for four.

That's India's first boundary off the bat since the 14th over.

  17. Ind 104-6published at 28 overs

You make a good point, Adrian. India, after all, have been here before, recovering from 124-6 to post 269-8 against Sri Lanka.

On that occasion, Amanjot Kaur played a crucial knock of 57 (56), which India will be hoping she can reproduce today.

This tournament has seen collapses from the so-called big teams, but the opposition has failed to capitalise on it. Could this be SA's time to cause an upset?

South Africa wicketkeeper Sinalo Jafta is so up for this - she's clapping every ball. And why not? South Africa are all over India

Chloe Tryon concedes a single from her fourth over.

India are just a bit clueless with their plans at the minute. These are challenging conditions for Richa Ghosh and it will be interesting to see how she approaches this.

It looks like South Africa have fielders everywhere and India can't see the gaps.
