WICKET Leach c Moores b Harrison 37published at 13:54 British Summer Time 25 June

    Notts 360 v Somerset 435-9

    Notts strike early after lunch.

A well-flighted ball from Calvin Harrison that drifts in to Jack Leach who is crestfallen to be given out caught behind on the missed off drive.

The number 11 is Jake Ball.

  2. 6 runs

Postpublished at 13:53 British Summer Time 25 June

    Kent 244 v Lancashire 518-6

For a strapping lad like Jack Blatherwick you would expect a bit of force.

And that's exactly what we see as he clears the front leg and hoists Matt Parkinson over cow corner for a maximum.

It's another mammoth session of bowling for the leggie, into his 37th over.

  3. Postpublished at 13:51 British Summer Time 25 June

    Warwks 254 v Hants 298 & 202-5

James Vince tucks into a back of a length leg side ball from Craig Miles and helps it round the corner for one.

That takes Hampshire to 200 in the 67th over.

Just a couple of runs come from the Danny Briggs over at the other end.

The lead is a hit away from 250.

  4. 500 up for Lancspublished at 13:49 British Summer Time 25 June

    Kent 244 v Lancashire 504-6

Jack Blatherwick picks up one off the first ball after lunch from Matt Parkinson and that is 500 up for Lancashire.

Two balls later, George Balderson punches one off the back foot through the offside for a neat boundary.

There is no point in hanging around now with a lead of 260.

  5. Postpublished at 13:49 British Summer Time 25 June

    Notts 360 v Somerset 432-8

Three singles come from the Calvin Harrison over and now the Somerset tail have the pace of Olly Stone to contend with.

His third ball is edged through a vacant third slip area by Jack Leach for four runs.

A pause in play as Leach has concerns over the sightscreen and then the Somerset number 10 blocks the fifth and survives an LBW shout off the sixth.

    A bit leg side.

  6. Postpublished at 13:45 British Summer Time 25 June

    Worcs 212 & 11-0 v Surrey 490

Sean Abbott takes up the attack for Surrey after lunch at New Road.

There is some swing there for the Aussie but the first couple are too wide of off stump as he starts with a maiden.

  7. Play resumes at Edgbastonpublished at 13:44 British Summer Time 25 June

    Warwks 254 v Hants 298 & 196-5

Warwickshire will need to prize out James Vince quickly.

The Hampshire captain has scored at nearly a run a ball and he'll face Danny Briggs on 39 not out.

Liam Dawson is six not out at the non striker's end.

  8. Play resumes at Trent Bridgepublished at 13:42 British Summer Time 25 June

    Notts 360 v Somerset 424-8

Somerset go into this session with a lead of 64.

That eventuality seemed unlikely when Tom Abell and James Rew were kept in check by the Notts attack in the first hour of the day.

The fightback began in earnest with some bold strokes from Craig Overton, then the not out Migael Pretorius and Jack Leach.

Pretorius is 55 not out and will face Calvin Harrison.

    Leach has 32.

  11. What will Durham decide?published at 13:26 British Summer Time 25 June

    Essex 339 v Durham 587 - lunch

    Glenn Speller
    BBC Essex sport

    Essex under huge pressure now.

A great effort from the Durham attack led by Matthew Potts, who got up a head of steam with the new ball and took the important wicket of centurion Paul Walter.

Warwickshire made the mistake of not enforcing the follow-on at Chelmsford earlier this season with a 235-run lead and ended up losing so it will be interesting to see what Durham decide.

All over for Essex as debutant Eathan Bosch tries to slog Callum Parkinson over mid-wicket and slices a catch to Bas de Leede at point.

The second-placed home side trial by 248 and Durham will now be pondering whether to make them bat again after the interval.

England paceman Matthew Potts was the pick of their attack with 4-71, including the wicket of Paul Walter, who was bowled after making a superb 134.

  13. 'An innings of calculated brutality'published at 13:19 British Summer Time 25 June

    Notts 360 v Somerset 424-8 - lunch

    Anthony Gibson
    BBC Radio Somerset

    Migael PretoriusImage source, Rex Features

A spirited counter-attack, launched by their captain for this game, Craig Overton, and carried on enthusiastically by Migael Pretorius and Jack Leach, has taken Somerset to four batting bonus points and wrested the initiative from the home side.

In an innings of calculated brutality, Pretorius has so far scored 55 from 41 balls, including four huge sixes, with his partnership with the almost equally belligerent Jack Leach now worth 68 in 11 overs.

Earlier, Tom Abell was almost literally knocked out of his stride by a blow on the helmet from Olly Stone before falling lbw to Calvin Harrison's leg-spin, and at one point Somerset had been reduced to 321-7.

For Notts, that was as good as it got.

  15. Extra half hour taken at Chelmsfordpublished at 13:15 British Summer Time 25 June

    Essex 339-9 v Durham 587

    Martin Emmerson
    BBC Radio Newcastle

Durham have taken nine Essex wickets and look like they will end up with a commanding first innings lead here.

The ninth wicket fell in what was the final scheduled over of the morning session, when Peter Siddle had Simon Harmer caught behind for nine.

But umpires Paul Pollard and Martin Saggers have allowed the extra half hour to be taken so Durham can try and finish off the innings in the session, thus not lose any overs for a change of innings later.

If they don't get the final wicket in the eight overs added, then that would be lunch.

  16. Lunch at Scarboroughpublished at 13:15 British Summer Time 25 June

    Yorkshire 456 v Gloucestershire 197 & 43-1

After the loss of Ben Charlesworth in the second over after being asked to follow on, Gloucestershire have batted pretty solidly to avoid further damage before lunch.

Ollie Price the penultimate ball of the session to third man for four and is 18 not out, with Australian Cameron Bancroft on 22.

Earlier, they only added 29 to their overnight 168-7 as Conor McKerr took two wickets in two balls to end their first innings.

  17. Lunch at Hovepublished at 13:11 British Summer Time 25 June

    Sussex 442 & 193-4 v Leicestershire 275

    Adrian Harms
    BBC Sussex

A morning where Sussex have extended their lead to 360 at lunch, led by nightwatchman Sean Hunt, who made 65 including four sixes.

Leicestershire off-spinner Louis Kimber has bowled 19 overs unchanged, as the visitors have hastened through 38 to wipe out a negative rate.

Sussex will be mindful when setting a declaration that Leicestershire were within 15 runs of chasing down 498 to win here last season.

However, this is far stronger Sussex bowling attack than a year ago, and must be favourites to win this game and retain their place at the top of Division Two .

  18. 'Three wickets in each innings for Hannon-Dalby'published at 13:10 British Summer Time 25 June

    Warwks 254 v Hants 298 & 196-5 - lunch

    Clive Eakin
    BBC CWR Sport

Oliver Hannon-Dalby again. Three wickets in each innings now.

He's well out in front of Warwickshire's wicket-taking list and has got 27 for the season.

  19. Lunch at Sophia Gardenspublished at 13:09 British Summer Time 25 June

    Glamorgan 490 v Northants 279 & 4-0

Just one over to face before the interval at Sophia Gardens and Ricardo Vasconcelos helps himself to a couple of twos off Timm van der Gugten.

Very much Glamorgan's morning as they added exactly 100 to their overnight 390-8 to earn a 211-run first-innings lead.

James Harris went for 40 after a stand of 63 with Mason Crane, who then put on 53 for the last wicket with Andy Gorvin.

Crane finished on 56 not out, having earlier been put down at slip off Raphy Weatherall.

  20. Lunch delayed at Chelmsfordpublished at 13:09 British Summer Time 25 June

    Essex 335-9 v Durham 587

We are not having lunch in Chelmsford...

The umpires have decided to grant an extra half-hour to the Durham bowlers with Essex down.

Last man Jamie Porter has joined Eathan Bosch at the crease.
