A day of reckoning beckons for Nottinghamshire today ahead of next week's potential title-deciding showdown with Surrey at The Oval.

If they can score the extra 96 runs they need to beat Worcestershire and Surrey are unable to conjure a win over Warwickshire, the gap between them will be a single point.

In Division Two, Leicestershire have not been at their best but a draw against Gloucestershire could be enough to send them up.
