The two Birmingham Phoenix batters will just be telling each other to keep going hard and see what happens after the next five to 10 balls.

They will be wanting to see if can get themselves another 25 runs from the next 10 balls, that's 2.5 per delivery which isn't easy.

Just short of the fielder at mid-off.

Ailsa Lister cracks Ryana MacDonald-Gay out there, replays show the ball dying just short of the fingertips.

Interestingly spinners have averaged 2.8° of turn on today's pitch, the highest for a Women's Hundred game here.

That was a huge shot into the crowd from Ailsa Lister!

It was just back of the length from Sophia Smale, who actually spoke her captain for a long period of time before that ball and decided to go into the pitch to try and get hit square. Lister gets underneath it though and lofts it into mid-wicket for six.

Phoenix have been restricted to scoring their runs down the ground today, which shows how disciplined the Invincibles' bowlers have been.

    Six now for Ailsa Lister!

She cracks Sophia Smale's third ball over the ropes at mid-wicket to bring up the Phoenix hundred.

They'll need a fair few more of them.

I'm very suspicious about this win predictor because I would say it is 99% Oval Invincibles' win at this stage, to be completely honest, not 96%.

  12. Phoenix 93-4published at 35 balls left

    82 runs needed

Ailsa Lister picks up her first four, lashing Tash Farrant through the covers.

The Scotland international has scores of 21* and 1 in the last two matches.

  13. Phoenix 84-4published at 40 balls left

Ailsa Lister comes to the crease but won't face the last ball of Wellington's set.

Amy Jones tips a single to mid-on to retain the strike as we change ends.

Look at that work from Amanda-Jade Wellington. It wasn't a good throw from the deep but she put the work in to pick it up and hit the stumps.

Great work from her - she will be well chuffed with that! There might've been a little bit of luck, but it came from exceptional work as well.

Lamb run out (Wellington) 2 (Phoenix 83-4)

    Tipped onto the stumps!

Amy Jones knocks Amanda Jade-Wellington out to mid-wicket, takes the first run and heads off for a second as the throw comes in.

It's a bad one and Wellington has to drop back a fair way from the stumps to collect, but she relays impressively to beat Emma Lamb's return to the non-striker's end.

A difficult innings comes to an end from the opener, she scored 25 from 19 when Phoenix needed some big hitting up top.

That was the 17th time Marizanne Kapp has bowled her full 20-ball quota and conceded 25 or fewer runs in a Hundred match - only her team mate, Amanda-Jade Wellington, has done so more often (19 times).

There was just a little bit of turn in the wicket there as well from Amanda-Jade Wellington. She has used the pitch really nicely there.

She was slightly too full with the ball before that was hit down the ground for six, but she managed to drag her length back.

Ellyse Perry was just starting to get going, so it's not looking great for Birmingham Phoenix.

  18. Phoenix 80-3published at 50 balls left

    95 runs needed

England's Amy Jones walks to the crease with a lot to do.

She can't score off Wellington's last two deliveries - she might get another go as the spinner will take five more balls.

    Six and out!

Ellyse Perry lifts Amanda-Jade Wellington over long-off for the first boundary clearance of the innings, but goes from the following delivery.

A bit of a feather to Lauren Winfield-Hill standing up behind the stumps and up goes the umpire's finger in a rather slow, dramatic fashion.

    Captain catches captain.

  20. Phoenix 72-2published at 50 balls left

    103 runs needed

Birmingham Phoenix desperately need boundaries but can't pick up any off Marizanne Kapp's final set.

The best they can do is an Ellyse Perry shot out to the point boundary, with the ball cut-off on the ropes.

More than two runs a ball required, meanwhile Kapp finishes with figures of 1-22.
