    Thanks Mike and hello everyone!

England have a real chase on their hands here. Let's see how they go about it.

    So England will chase 182.

India will go into the innings break the happier side, having pressed on from 35-3 at the end of the powerplay to finish on 181-4.

Amanjot Kaur and Jemimah Rodrigues both scored 63, off 40 and 41 balls respectively, and put on a crucial partnership of 91.

182 would be England's highest chase at home, their current record is 164.

To take you through the second innings, here's Adwaidh Rajan.

India have swept and scooped brilliantly in the series to date and have continued to this evening.

Trent Bridge: 12 balls, 40 runs, 0 wickets

    Bristol: 14 balls, 27 runs, 0 wickets

England on the other hand struggled massively when sweeping and scooping at Trent Bridge, losing three wickets when attempting these shots and scoring just 12 runs from 12 attempts.

India know that is a decent total. A chase of 182 will not be easy.

  5. Ind 181-4published at 20 overs

And a four to finish the innings, as Ghosh edges through an empty cordon with a big waft.

She'd missed out with attempted big hits from the preceding two deliveries, failing to score, but finishes with 32 off 20 after being dropped on 12.

Amanjot is unbeaten on 63 from 40 at the other end, while Arlott closes with 1-43 from four overs.

It is smart batting from Richa Ghosh but England just aren't plugging that gap.

It has been really dynamic batting from this pair.

  7. Ind 177-4published at 19.3 over

Em Arlott to bowl the final over.

Amanjot lifts the opening ball of the over past long-off for four then takes a single through point.

Ghosh drops back and lashes her first ball over the cover fielders for a boundary.

Arlott goes into conference with her captain and Sophia Dunkley.

Lauren Bell has been really, really impressive. She's had a good year. She was one of few England players to come out of the Ashes with credit and she's taken that forward into the summer.

She's turning into a really mature bowler to lead the England attack.

  9. Ind 168-4published at 19 overs

Lauren Bell now for her final over.

Amanjot heaves her fourth ball over the leg side for four, picking out the short ball.

Bell finishes with figures of 2-17 - with eight of those runs coming from this over.

I don't think this will be an easy chase for England. India have played the conditions really well and there has been some poor bowling in the middle overs.

  11. Ind 160-4published at 18 overs

    Consecutive fours for Richa Ghosh!

Sophie Ecclestone starts with a trio of dots, but then Ghosh lashes her through point and cover.

The India wicketkeeper retains the strike with a mis-timed sweep and a single, meanwhile Ecclestone is finished with figures of 0-30.

It is a job well started by Amanjot Kaur, but she'll know there's still plenty of time left in this innings.

    Ind 151-4

50 for Amanjot Kaur, 150 for India!

The batter sweeps for two, then brings up her half-century from the last ball of Smith's over, driving for four through the covers.

    It comes from 35 deliveries.

That is a dreadful drop. It really should have been taken and Tammy Beaumont knows it.

  15. dropped catch

Ghosh dropped on 12published at 16.4 overs

That should be the end of Richa Ghosh's innings.

Having reverse swept Linsey Smith for four, the India wicketkeeper skies the following delivery towards square leg.

The ball drops right on Tammy Beaumont, but she puts the ball down - looking into the sun, perhaps?

Meanwhile Ghosh moves to 13 with a single.

India's running has been really impressive. That was an area they could improve after Saturday, and there weren't many. They have today.

  17. Ind 138-4published at 16 overs

A touch lucky for Richa Ghosh, ballooning a top edge over Tammy Beaumont at slip and seeing the ball go the boundary.

Prior to that Amanjot pulled Lauren Filer round the corner, beating the diving Lauren Belll on the ropes at fine leg and picking up four herself.

Filer is finished with figures of 1-42 from her four overs.

  18. Ind 126-4published at 15 overs

Here comes Richa Ghosh, who can hit big and will want to improve on her 12 from six balls at Trent Bridge.

The wicketkeeper gets going with a single into the covers.

We wanted to see Lauren Bell back into the attack because she's been England's best seamer for a long time and she's got the big wicket. That was a really good innings from Jemimah Rodrigues.

I do think England held back Bell for too long though.

    Rodrigues c Dunkley b Bell 63 (Ind 124-4)

    Lauren Bell has the breakthrough!

Jemimah Rodrigues steps across and goes to slap Lauren Bell through the covers but finds Sophia Dunkley, who dives to her left to take a smart catch.

Bell started with a wide (before an elusive dot ball) and the wicket ball would have been called as such as well if Rodrigues had left it alone.

An excellent partnership of 91 comes to an end.
