    A splendid century for Hridoy after a slow start. He still looks to be in distress but he has played an innings that has kept Bangladesh competitive in this game.

    At 35-5 Bangladesh's cause looked a lost one. Thanks to a hundred from Towhid Hridoy they have a fighting chance in this game now.

    He brings up his maiden ODI century with a steer to point off Mohammed Shami. It's taken him 114 balls and included six fours and two sixes.

    It should be easier for Hridoy to play pace with an injury as with spin you have to create the power yourself. This is probably why Rohit Sharma has brought Kuldeep back into play.

    It would be disappointing for Hridoy to not get his century now after this innings but he is not getting boundaries here.

    Towhid Hridoy hobbles a couple more singles off Kuldeep Yadav. He has 98 now.

    Bangladesh could do with a little bit more of this in the next couple of overs.

    Towhid Hridoy is finally back on his feet and slaps Mohammed Shami with minimal foot movement for four through the covers.

    The Bangladesh batter then hobbles a single at the end of the over to move on to 96.

    Up in the posh seats ICC chair Jay Shah in a maroon shirt with a quarter zip is chin wagging with Shikhar Dhawan.

    Great bowling from Shami. He went wide and took the pace off again. It is a little bit of luck as a bowler to get an inside edge but you take it.

    Hridoy is in danger of being stranded now but he has missed a few twos that he could have picked up from his own batting.

    Perhaps not smart batting from Towhid Hridoy, who picks up a single to bring Tanzim Hasan Sakib back on strike.

    A slightly slower, and wider, delivery from Mohammed Shami and the Bangladesh batter has a filthy hack at it. Tanzim drags it back on to his stumps.

    Tanzim Hasan Sakib is the new batter. He starts with three dots to ensure Towhid Hridoy gets the strike.

    Hridoy is going to be key in these final few overs.

    A nice off-cutter from Harshit Rana, he took the pace off completely so Rishad Hossain had nothing to work with.

    It was a simple catch, Hardik Pandya didn't have to move an inch.

    Rishad Hossain attempts to upper cut Harshit Rana to third, but either did not see the fielder move to short third or got the execution wrong.

    Either way, he guides the ball gently into the hands of Hardik.

    Rishad's brief but entertaining cameo comes to an end.

    Axar Patel has suffered a costly over there. It is sometimes the case that you bowl your first seven or eight overs really well and then suddenly you get hit for about 20 runs in an over.

    It does hurt as a bowler to get a tap at the end but that is part of bowling at the death.

    Towhid Hridoy is struggling to move a little now. It's either cramp, injury or a bit of both. He knocks a single to get Rishad Hossain back on strike.
