Summary

England lost just one wicket in the session, and it happened early on.

Zak Crawley suffered some bad luck, seeing Jayden Seales get a few fingertips on Ben Duckett's drive as it headed for the non-striker's stumps.

The opener couldn't get his back down in time, and had to depart for just three, having scored a duck in the first innings.

Seales doesn't seem to have a natural line and length but Joseph does, he just slots it into that nice rhythm.

Sinclair can't bowl there I'm afraid, that's the third time he's done that. He's going to have to bowl a tighter line.

Duckett is such a strong sweeper, such a good handler of spin.

    Eng 95-1

The West Indies introduce the spin of Kevin Sinclair and Ben Duckett's eyes light up.

Uh-oh, the greyhound and whippet owners are now sending in their challengers for the great "Peter vs Dog" race event.

This is attempted Live Texter intimidation, and I won't stand for it.

Besides, you may think your dogs are fast, but you didn't see me power to a formidable 37th in suburban Manchester this morning.

Nicely timed by Duckett who's sent the ball away.

  14. Eng 82-1published at 17 overs

Duckett picks up Holder's full delivery, dispatching it to the left of mid-wicket for four.

A single into the covers moves him into the forties.

Duckett and Pope bookend a Seales over with a single apiece.

No sign of spin yet for the West Indies - Kevin Sinclair and Kavem Hodge took two wickets each in the first innings.

  16. Eng 75-1published at 15 overs

England work Holder around for three singles, stretching their lead to 34.

The hosts look fairly untroubled here.

  17. What has happened on day three so far?published at 15:09 British Summer Time 20 July

Just checking in after a busy Saturday?

England took four wickets pretty quickly this morning but the last-wicket pair of Josh Da Silva and Shamar Joseph added 71.

England employed the short-ball tactic for a good while and struggled to threaten. The crowd were more in danger when Joseph caused some roof tiles to fall!

That gave West Indies a 41-run lead on the first innings, and they picked up an early wicket when Zak Crawley was run out at the non-striker's end after Jayden Seales brushed Ben Duckett's drive onto the stumps.

Duckett and Ollie Pope have since guided England into the lead.

Both innings Seales has not got it right, he's missing lengths, going wide.

For a professional bowler he's missing it by quite a bit.

  20. Eng 72-1published at 14 overs

Another tidy drive from Duckett, powering the returning Seales through the covers.

He tries to drive the following ball in a similar area, but this time it's cut off by a fielder.
