Gerwyn Price hits back-to-back 180s. He's on for a nine-darter...

Jonny Clayton hits back-to-back 180s take him down to 60 but makes a bit of a meal of it from there.

That allows Gerwyn Price to nip in, hit double 10 and secure a hold that had looked very unlikely a few moments before.

Gerwyn Price had to dig deep in the last round against Joe Cullen and we saw by his reaction how much it meant to him. He seems to be spurred on by the fact he missed the out on the Matchplay.

Robert Owen talking to Sky Sports: "The last game was the biggest game of my life, but this one really was. He's a great player, now can I say it? 'Now, I've retained my tour card!'.

"Throughout I was saying 'I'm here' in Welsh. I'm here for my family and to give us a good life. That is what I'm here for and hopefully I'll do the same in the next round, but I don't care.

"I can do a lot better than that. I've averaged 105-106 and 115-116 and I know I've got a lot more in the locker. I thought I played OK but I know I can do better than that."

That is the biggest win of Robert Owen's life.

A month or so ago he was resigned to watching the tournament on TV and now he'll be playing for a place in the quarter-finals.

Wow! What an effort.

Robert Owen is through to the last 16 of the World Championship!

He gets a big hug from Ricky Evans at the end of a fantastic match and the emotion is all coming out for the Welshman now, he's fighting back the tears.

He played superbly and finished it off clinically.

This is darts exactly how it is meant to be played. Don't expect to a lot of breaks of throw and be fierce when defending your throw.

Superb from Ricky Evans this time.

Both players have stepped it up in this set and exchange 180s in the leg - but it's the turn of the Englishman to finish emphatically.

Treble 14, double 16 - an excellent two-dart finish for a 14-dart hold.
