Six golds up for grabs in the poolpublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 1 September

Now we are off to the pool where ParalympicsGB have the chance of up to six gold medals across a number of finals.

So strap in for a big night, and more chances for ParalympicsGB to add to their already impressive medal haul in the pool.

    'I couldn't have imagined this'published at 15:52 British Summer Time 1 September

    Open C1-5 750m team sprint

Jody Cundy, who brought GB's team home for gold in the open C1-5 750m team sprint, told Channel 4: "It's hard to believe [I have a ninth gold medal], like I couldn't have imagined where I'd be when I started this journey in 1996 and here we are, another gold medal round my neck and it's fabulous.

"This is the third on the trot in the team sprint so I'm quite happy on that one as well, it's a title defended twice now so it's pretty special. It's just friends, family, all the coaches, all the guys back home, UK Sport, National Lottery, all of those people that are behind the scenes that just help get me to the line and make me able to do when I am doing and come together with these guys."

"Jaco's been on fire this week, he's world record after world record, Kadeena has been on fire, we just didn't get to see it which is a shame, but she was fire on today and we all came together as a team, we knew we needed to get round, we knew we needed to get round, we needed to go safely.

"We're gutted that the Chinese didn't qualify enough spaces to be here, they would have been our main rivals again like they were in Tokyo but we knew we needed to be fast. It's a good time, we're really pleased with the performance we've done. With all of the hurdles we've come across the last six months, I think we've done alright."

'I knew the team had fire in the belly'published at 15:49 British Summer Time 1 September

    Open C1-5 750m team sprint

GB gold medallist Jaco van Gass told Channel 4: "I knew with everything that happened the last few days these guys were going to have fire in the belly, they want to get the best ride out and that's all we needed to get out on the track today.

"It seems like my conclusion from this week is I need to do everything twice because again I think our qualifying run I didn't ride the best and then I got more out of my legs in the final so we'll just keep riding everything twice.

"It gelled very well, it came together, it always does with this team and we're very happy."

Here's what Kadeena Cox had to say after helping GB to the open C1-5 750m team sprint title, speaking to Channel 4:

"It was hard to get out there and I'm grateful to these boys [Jaco van Gass and Jody Cundy], the rest of the team, my friends, family, everyone that messaged that helped me to have the confidence to get on the start line.

"It's been a rough few days, but to come back and be able to do this. I think I'm proud of myself and proud of the team that we've come together once again and dominated."
