Truro City: Lee Hodges hails fan's fundraising efforts

Truro City boss Lee Hodges has praised the dedication of the supporters as time runs out to save the financially stricken Blue Square Bet South club.
The White Tigers are , external and could play their last game next Tuesday unless a buyer is found, despite fundraising efforts from fans.
"They're doing absolutely everything possible to keep this club alive," he told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"We know that and we can't thank them enough for what they are doing."
City filed for administration at the end of last month after owner Kevin Heaney went bankrupt and left Treyew Road.
They had been the subject of , external since last year and administrators have been unable to find a new owner.
Fans have organised collections at the ground to help pay for transport and food for away trips.
They have also held race nights and community events in an effort to try and keep the debt-ridden club afloat.
"The last couple of weeks will stick in my mind as to how special and how great they have been," added Hodges.
"The togetherness and closeness of the fans and players has been amazing and it's such a shame that it is coming to an end."
