Manchester City

Man City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan: "I feel personally very disappointed.

"After getting twice in front and actually playing quite well. It's a bit frustrating to not get the three points.

"I think we were able to limit their possession. Second half, after conceding the second, it felt like we dropped in confidence and belief.

"We dropped a little bit and gave away easy chances. It's important to stay calm. Of course, mistakes happen even at this level.

"The opposition are so good. Every game is tough. Then when you concede sometimes you try not to do overdo things.

"We need to expect the best from everyone every single day. I thought we had a good week of training.

"We want to transmit that power and energy into the game. Sometimes it isn't enough."

West Ham United

West Ham goalscorer Tomas Soucek: "It's always very difficult for the team and fans when we're winning and concede in stoppage time.

"We have to be disappointed.

"They didn't lose for nine games so it's tough to play here. They have great fans and it's their last few games in the stadium.

"We improved in the second half. We said we don't want to be always under pressure, we want to do something with the result."

Manchester City

Man City boss Pep Guardiola, speaking to BBC MOTD: "It was a good game. A tight game - I know how difficult it is to make the process which we're in now.

"The players gave everything - we take the point and we keep going.

"Of course, I have confidence and I always have. The young players played good. All the defenders were so clever.

"We were close, but unfortunately we couldn't do it."

Brighton midfielder Jack Hinshelwood: "When you come to Man City it's a tough place to come. They've not been their best this season, but it is still a hard place to come.

"The run we're on we've gone into every game believing we can beat anybody. The fans have been unbelievable. If we can keep this momentum going it's going to be hard to stop us.

"Last season we had a taste of what Europe can be like. As a club we're driving to getting back to that feeling."

Everton

Everton scorer Jake O'Brien: "We just flooded the box with bodies. We were chasing the game a bit.

"The first half we had a lot of chances. We were flat for 20 minutes and that's when they caught us but then we got together and chased the game.

"The crowd were amazing. It's amazing we're eight games unbeaten. The fans pushed us until the end.

"The last couple of games we got draws we could have turned into wins. But we need more points. We want to climb the table more."

Milos Kerkez has been a great signing by Bournemouth because I do not think many clubs would have had him on their radar.

He fits in perfectly with how Andoni Iraola wants his team to play. It is very much a front foot, counter-pressing, attack-minded system which involves a lot of high-speed running and the creation of clear opportunities from quick play.

In that position, he is one of the best at doing that this year in the Premier League.

He is really suited their style and you could see him fitting in at other teams as well with his work-rate, desire and defensive solidity. Kerkez seems very coachable and Iraola is making all of his players better.

He is an attacking full-back, which not every team has as a priority these days, but I have been very impressed. The more I see him, the more I see how settled he is within the Bournemouth side and how good he is for their balance.

I think he has been terrific. I am not sure he will be there next year as I do not know his personal motivations, but when people are talking about players in this way, it is usually for good reason.

He is one of the best left-back prospects in the Premier League with a bright future ahead of him.

It was a great game when these two sides met earlier in the season, with Brentford twice going behind before winning 3-2.

Bournemouth were unlucky that day, and they were also unlucky not to beat Tottenham last weekend.

Maybe the Cherries will get a bit of good fortune this time - they deserve it, for the way they have been playing this season.
