  1. Barcelona and Leverkusen lead at homepublished at 20:16 Greenwich Mean Time

We've had a flurry of early goals across the other 20:00 GMT kick-offs.

Robert Lewandowski scored from the penalty spot, his 100th goal in the Champions League, to give Barcelona the lead at home to Brest.

Elsewhere, Young Boys defender Silvere Ganvoula has just equalised for them after they had fallen behind to a Mateo Retegui strike for Atalanta.

Xabi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen are currently 2-0 up at home to Red Bull Salzburg.

It's been a good response from Sporting. Both teams look like they have worked on oppositions' weaknesses. Both are playing different systems and they are trying to make sure their system wins by closing down and taking possession in the weak areas of their opponents.

    Sporting 0-1 Arsenal

Sporting are getting on the ball more, but they've not done anything to trouble Arsenal just yet.

  4. 'Crazy from the goalkeeper'published at 20:13 Greenwich Mean Time

    Man City 0-0 Feyenoord

    Alan Shearer
Former England striker on Amazon Prime

That was crazy play from the Feyenoord goalkeeper.

Man City forced them into the error and they create that chance really well for Grealish to come and volley it, but it just hits his own man.

  5. CLOSE!published at 20:13 Greenwich Mean Time

    Man City 0-0 Feyenoord

Some excellent pressing by Manchester City sees them win the ball inside the Feyenoord box and the ball is played to Jack Grealish, whose volley strikes Phil Foden. It was going in as well.

    Still, it is all City.

  6. Postpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sporting 0-1 Arsenal

Remember, Sporting fell behind when they thrashed Manchester City 4-1, this isn't done yet.

How will the Portuguese side respond tonight? Winger Marcus Edwards plays in a low cross from the left but it beats all his team-mates in the middle.

  7. Postpublished at 20:11 Greenwich Mean Time

    Man City 0-0 Feyenoord

Manchester City are knocking on the door a bit as the ball squirms through the defence for Erling Haaland. He has a lot to do with the angle very tight and in the end his scuffed effort is held by Timon Wellenreuther.

  8. 'Arsenal deserve this'published at 20:10 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sporting 0-1 Arsenal

    Leon Osman
Former Everton and England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's an outstanding start from Arsenal, especially down the right-hand side.

It's some brilliant clever play from Jurrien Timber. Kai Havertz thinks he is about to score, but he is pulled back by Ousmane Diomande. Thankfully for Arsenal, Gabriel Martinelli was right behind him to tap the ball in.

  9. CLOSE!published at 20:10 Greenwich Mean Time

    Man City 0-0 Feyenoord

Superb from Feyenoord goalkeeper Timon Wellenreuther as he dives to claw away Erling Haaland's header.

[On Ousmane Diomande's yellow card] That's interesting. There clearly must have been some contact, maybe an elbow onto the back of Kai Havertz from Ousmane Diomande.

But it was good captaincy from Sporting's Morten Hjulmand to drag away the centre-back, who had lost his head momentarily. It could have easily been two yellow cards in quick succession.

GOAL - Sporting 0-1 Arsenalpublished at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time

    Gabriel Martinelli (seven mins)

Arsenal get the goal their play has deserved!

Jurrien Timber picks the ball up on the right and drills in a brilliant low pass across goal which Gabriel Martinelli taps in at the back post.

    Dream start.

    Man City 0-0 Feyenoord

A chance for Feyenoord to create something as Quinten Timber has the ball with lots of space ahead of him. He tries to pick out Julian Carranza's run but Josko Gvardiol is across to deal with the danger.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sporting 0-0 Arsenal

An early yellow card for Sporting's Ousmane Diomande, it looks like it's for dissent.

The Sporting defender is losing his head a little bit and captain Morten Hjulmand rushes over to have a word before he can do more damage.

Here come Manchester City again and they win a free-kick when Rico Lewis is caught late by Quinten Timber, brother of Arsenal's Jurrien.

The ball is played into the box but the hosts are unable to fashion a chance on goal from it.

  15. Postpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time

Arsenal continue their bright start. Gabriel Martinelli's cross is cleared out to Riccardo Calafiori who blasts the ball over.

  16. CLOSE!published at 20:02 Greenwich Mean Time

    Man City 0-0 Feyenoord

Manchester City would love an early goal after their recent run of results. They have a decent chance after three minutes as Ilkay Gundogan is picked out on the edge of the box but his first-time strike is blocked.

  17. Postpublished at 20:02 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sporting 0-0 Arsenal

Arsenal start by launching the ball forward and Martin Odegaard has a cross blocked.

By the way, 17-year-old Geovany Quenda is starting for Sporting tonight, equalling Ruben Neves for the most Champions League appearances by a Portuguese player while under the age of 18.

  18. 'I expect a good performance'published at 20:01 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sporting 0-0 Arsenal

    Leon Osman
Former Everton and England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

Arsenal have had a difficult spell of losing important players. But this is an opportunity now to get their season exactly where they want to be.

They've got 32 games before the international break. Mikel Arteta has put out his best team and I expect a good performance from them.

They haven't been great in attack in Europe, but I hope that will change with Martin Odegaard in the team.
