GOAL - Man City 3-3 Feyenoordpublished at 21:47 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    David Hancko (89 mins)

    Oh my word!

Where has the game management been here from Manchester City? They were so, so comfortable but from 3-0 up it is 3-3.

Feyenoord take advantage of Manchester City's high line as Igor Paixao chases a ball over the top, Ederson comes flying out but he's beaten by Paixao, who crosses for David Hancko to head in.

    What has just happened!?

Kevin de Bruyne gets the ball in space just outside the box. He whips a shot towards goal but Timon Wellenreuther makes a good save.

  3. Leverkusen lead Salzburg by fivepublished at 21:44 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

Xabi Alonso's side now lead 5-0 against Red Bull Salzburg. Patrick Schick and substitute Aleix Garcia have added their names to the scoresheet in the second half as Leverkusen head for a third win of the campaign.

  4. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 21:44 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Sporting 1-5 Arsenal

Viktor Gyokeres continues to impress, even is he isn't getting much service.

The Swede drives down the left, out-muscles Jakub Kiwior and powers a shot against the outside of the post from an unlikely angle.

We are in for a long 10 minutes through stupid errors, lapses in concentration and giving the opposition confidence.

They have only got themselves to blame because City were cruising.

  6. 'Arsenal outstanding again'published at 21:42 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Sporting 1-5 Arsenal

    Leon Osman
Former Everton and England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

Arsenal are outstanding again. It's a brilliant run from back to front from Jurrien Timber and then he passed it to Mikel Merino.

Kai Havertz does well to jump out of the way of Merino's shot and it might have put the goalkeeper off slightly. He just palmed it right into the middle and Leandro Trossard was there to nod it in.

The goal stands and there's a big cheer from the away end. An interesting final seven minutes or so ahead!

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:41 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Sporting 1-5 Arsenal

Arsenal want even more, they stay on the attack after Mikel Arteta brings on Jakub Kiwior for Gabriel.

Whether he is offside or not, it is really tight.

It was Gvardiol's pass that invited them on again.

    Santiago Gimenez

Oh Feyenoord are right back in it!

From 3-0 down it is 3-2 as Jordan Lotomba's cross from the right is chested in by Santiago Gimenez.

But was Lotomba offside? VAR is checking...

    Man City 3-1 Feyenoord

Heading into the final 10 minutes and you can see why Pep Guardiola was so angry. They were comfortable, very comfortable, but now Feyenoord have something to play for.

There's half a chance for Manchester City to regain their three-goal advantage as Erling Haaland tries to send James McAtee away, but he can't get the better of two defenders.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 21:37 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Sporting 1-4 Arsenal

Another double change for Arsenal. Off go captain Martin Odegaard and Riccardo Calafiori and on come Ethan Nwaneri and Oleksandr Zinchenko.

    Nice line this from Statsperform:

Arsenal's xG of 3.13 is their most in an away match in the Champions League on record (since at least 2013-14).

  15. Postpublished at 21:34 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Sporting 1-4 Arsenal

It feels odd to be praising Sporting so much when they're 4-1 down, but they've been the better team in the second half.

Arsenal did what they needed to do before the break.

  16. 'Stupid errors'published at 21:34 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Man City 3-1 Feyenoord

    Alan Shearer
Former England striker on Amazon Prime

You can see Pep Guardiola's frustration and rightly so.

When you are 3-0 up out can't be giving the opposition chances like that with stupid errors like that from Gvardiol.

Hadj Moussa takes it really well.

  17. goal

GOAL - Man City 3-1 Feyenoordpublished at 21:32 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Anis Hadj Moussa (75 mins)

A goal back for the visitors!

It is dreadful defending really as a careless ball back towards his own goal by Josko Gvardiol is pounced upon by Anis Hadj Moussa, who rounds Ederson and slots in.

    Pep Guardiola is NOT happy.

I know it's old news, but Viktor Gyokeres is some player, isn't he?

The perfect centre-forward, he holds the ball up really well and plays in Hidemasa Morita whose early shot deflects over.

  19. Postpublished at 21:30 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Sporting 1-4 Arsenal

Sporting almost grab another as skipper Morten Hjulmand hammers a low shot from the edge of the box which Arsenal keeper David Raya does well to keep out, diving to his left.

  20. Postpublished at 21:30 Greenwich Mean Time 26 November 2024

    Man City 3-0 Feyenoord

Manchester City perhaps now have one eye on the Liverpool game. I'm sure they'd like more goals but they are definitely not upping the tempo in pursuit of them.
