A goal back for the visitors!

It is dreadful defending really as a careless ball back towards his own goal by Josko Gvardiol is pounced upon by Anis Hadj Moussa, who rounds Ederson and slots in.

    Pep Guardiola is NOT happy.

I know it's old news, but Viktor Gyokeres is some player, isn't he?

The perfect centre-forward, he holds the ball up really well and plays in Hidemasa Morita whose early shot deflects over.

Manchester City perhaps now have one eye on the Liverpool game. I'm sure they'd like more goals but they are definitely not upping the tempo in pursuit of them.

PSG's job away at Bayern Munich has just become even more difficult as French international Ousmane Dembele is been shown a second yellow card. Luis Enrique's side need to find their way back from 1-0 down with 10 men.

Elsewhere, Barcelona's lead at home to Brest has been doubled by Dani Olmo.

In Bern, Charles de Ketelaere continues to run the show for Atalanta.

After notching one goal and three assists in the first half he's now scored his second of the night in the opening knockings of the second half.

Disappointing time to concede a penalty for Sporting. Game was just starting to look interesting.

    John Barton

Why is Diomande still on the pitch? If he wasn’t already on a yellow, I have a feeling he’d be booked for the penalty.

    James

After some of the decisions we've seen in the Champions League this year, how is Diomande still on the pitch?!

It's finally a good bit of play from Martin Odegaard in the second half to win the penalty.

It's an outstanding penalty from Bukayo Saka. He hits it so hard. His accuracy was outstanding. The goalkeeper had absolutely no chance.

It's an important moment. If Arsenal had missed that, Sporting would be up with the crowd right behind them.
