Two additional minutes. And Liverpool are still hunting a sixth goal.

  2. Sporting score late to go aheadpublished at 21:51 BST

    Sporting 2-1 Marseille

Has Alisson Santos scored the winner for Sporting?

Marseille have had to play the entire second half with 10 men, and it looks like the Portuguese side have taken advantage in the 86th minute.

They've been putting the pressure on and it looks to have finally paid off.

We have laughed about the referee for giving so many penalties tonight - but every one has been a penalty.

    Eintracht Frankfurt 1-5 Liverpool

A huge chance for Mo Salah. Saved.

    Monaco 0-0 Tottenham

Spurs at least having shots now. Xavi Simons fires over from range.

    Chelsea 5-1 Ajax

And that probably won't change as they don't have any player older than 28. Not including Raheem Sterling, in that 'bomb squad'.

I saw a ridiculous stat before the game.

Chelsea are the only team in the Champions League who haven't given a single minute to a player over 30 years of age.

  8. INJURY TIMEpublished at 21:49 BST

    Monaco 0-0 Tottenham

Six minutes added on. Could Spurs do a smash and grab?

  9. Postpublished at 21:49 BST

    Eintracht Frankfurt 1-5 Liverpool

Eintracht Frankfurt's last three Champions League games:

    • 18 Sept: 5-1 win v Galatasaray
    • 30 Sept: 1-5 defeat v Atletico Madrid
    • 22 Oct: 1-5 defeat v Liverpool (still playing)
  10. Postpublished at 21:48 BST

    Monaco 0-0 Tottenham

Tottenham have their first chance to score in almost half an hour but Brennan Johnson sees his effort blocked.

  11. Postpublished at 21:47 BST

    Monaco 0-0 Tottenham

Monaco star Maghnes Akliouche hammers a shot wide from outside the box. That's their 23rd shot - more than Chelsea have had tonight as a comparison.

    Eintracht Frankfurt 1-5 Liverpool

Liverpool are four minutes plus stoppages from a first away win since 14 September.

    Chelsea 5-1 Ajax

Jamie Gittens is the youngest Chelsea player on record (since 2003-04) to create five chances in a Champions League match (21 years, 75 days). Eden Hazard was the previous youngest, aged 21 years and 256 days vs Juventus in September 2012.

    Chelsea 5-1 Ajax

A clever bicycle kick from Estevao goes just wide. I really didn't expect Chelsea's fifth goal to be their last. But it might well be.

A night of positives for Liverpool in Germany.

    • Hugo Ekitike with a goal against his old club.
    • Florian Wirtz two assists on his return to Germany.
    • One goal and one assist for Cody Gakpo.
    • And a goal to boost Ibrahima Konate's confidence.

I thought Spurs were meant to be more solid under Frank. Monaco absolutely destroying us and very unlucky not to be ahead.

Wirtz silencing the doubters tonight, been one of the best players on the pitch. Never understood the criticism, yes he was lacking final product but just because he hasn’t been scoring and assisting every game doesn’t mean he hasn’t looked bright, and created chances. We’ve looked flat without him.

Nobody wants to be the one who gives the ball away for Chelsea now. They are not really putting the ball at risk.

Ajax are sitting incredibly deep and Chelsea just passing the ball around in front. The movement is slow but methodical.

What does Arne Slot do against Brentford on Saturday?

Does he stick with Florian Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike?

Does he bring back Mo Salah?
